He was at our house within 10 minutes. He replaced the springs, adjusted and balanced the door, replaced 2 cables and a couple of hinges, and tightened anything that was loose.

I called about a broken spring and was able to get an appointment the same day.
Ray was very courteous, and was able to fix the garage door for a reasonable price and in a very short amount of time. Very impressed with the work and quality of service.

Exceptional service! Absolutely horrible service. Was referred to Ray by a family member. When his employee came to our house the first time, we were told that he didn't have the parts he needed to fix my garage door and that Ray would get back to me in a week. After a weeks time WE had to follow up because we hadn't heard a word. Were told the cost would be "x" amount and Ray would come out on Monday at 6 to do repairs himself. Ray shows up with no parts says he has to come back the next day with them. I'm sorry, we were under the impression this was being fixed. Ray asked if someone would

I called and spoke to Ray regarding a new Clopay garage door & entry way door with sidelights. He was very friendly and told me to e-mail him the information to his gmail address. I saw the e-mail went through but never heard anything from that day on. What a way to due business!! Just tell the person interested in the products and installation this is our busy season, or/and I don't install front entry way doors. Terrible!!! Very disappointed!!

Called Ray's on a Sunday afternoon. I thought the garage door opener needed to be replaced, but he correctly diagnosed broken springs. A quick photo text a few minutes later and he had something scheduled for the next morning. Got here when he said he would and did great work for a very reasonable price.

Ray did a great job fixing our garage door. I felt he was honest, offered a fair price and showed up when he said he'd show up. I'd recommend Ray to anyone. He could have easily sold me a new garage door opener but recogized my unit was high end and just need to replace some gears at a much lower cost. Thanks Ray.

We are so HAPPY with our new garage door! Ray provided excellent service. He is professional, courteous and took his time explaining everything to us. Took us some time to decide on a door and he was so patient and helpful! We also had a new garage door opener installed by Ray. We went with his suggestion for the opener. Love it! It's soooo quiet! We got a few estimates and his prices were so much better. The service and quality of work is EXCELLENT! We highly recommend Ray's Overhead Door!
