Winching is a common roadside assistance service that our tow company provides and involves using a motorized axle and strong cable to pull your vehicle out of a precarious situation.
It's usually not a good situation if you need a tow truck. But it's made a lot easier when you have a tow come quick, l and give you a great price and great service. My scooter had a flat and I didn't have the key for it. Francisco came and with ease got my scooter on the truck and brought it back to my home within an hr!
Generally, any front wheel drive vehicle can safely be transported by a tow dolly unless that vehicle has a low clearance. Then, it would require a flatbed to safely transport it and prevent damage. All our fleet of trucks are flatbeds. My car has an automatic transmission, can it be towed with the drive wheels on the ground?

A little disappointed in their customer service, especially after reading the reviews. I asked for a towing without trying to jumpstart my hybrid, they said they were too busy, call back another day, and just hung up.
Luckily that led me to OMOA Towing, who was heaven sent. They too were busy but assured me they could get the job done in time and did exactly that.

First of all any service I review is 100% unbiased and authentic and with that being said let me start by saying I have never used Yelp to search for services but needed tow my 64 impala and after trying CL decided to give Yelp a go. Tow truck driver, hands down super cool! Not to mention his tow truck skills are A1. After he got my impala to Muffler shop it started to rain something stupid. I hated to ask him but I needed a ride and he said he was going to get another car and really couldn't give me a ride but what he did next really took me by surprise, he called me an uber and waited

Ricardo I am forever greatful for you man! You are a genius. To anyone looking for a towing service, this is the guy for the job. My car was recently broken into and attempted to use a tool to start my car but ended up breaking it. I was looking for a tow company and decided on this from yelp, Ricardo came in 20 minutes after the call, knew what to do to get it fixed and fixed it on the spot. We had a bad today today, starting when my wife decided to enter a closed beach parking lot from the exit, running over the spikes and took out the passenger side tires. So we needed a flatbed. Jimenez not only got there super fast with the flatbed, but were also incredibly patient and understanding as we worked out exactly where my wife parked the car versus the directions I gave them. Pricewise they were also great, WAY better than I expected and they will be our go-to company for towing from now on.

AAA had denied my car because it was "too low" and the tower gave me a hard time so after some research, i found Jimenez towing .
Called to make sure they could actually tow my "too low" of a car, and it was no problem. I wish i got the name of the guy who helped me because he came off very trustworthy being straight to the point, got to my location quick, communication good, everything was easy and price was the lowest I found! Shout out to him! Had my car to the shop in less than 10 minutes. No time was wasted and such a relief.
