HORRIBLE. DO NOT RECOMMEND. They put in the wrong address and set us back 30 minutes on top of waiting for an hour. No biggie it happens, people get busy. But another phone call saying they were on the wrong location AGIAN. HOW?! Left waiting in the cold for 2 hours for these people who cannot manage to use a gps properly. called another towing company and we waited for 20 minutes and everything was completed under half an hour. DO NOT USE.

I was repeatedly told that the truck that I requested was 20 minutes away. Meanwhile, my car is unable to move and I'm blocking traffic on a fairly busy street in Los Angeles and cops are stopping every now and then to hassle me. Eventually almost 4 hours goes by, and I get a call from a driver who says he's 40 minutes away. He spoke to me as if he didn't believe that I would be there when he arrived. "If I get there and nobody is there, I'm going to $#!@ing kill someone" he tells me.
Eventually, I say @#$% it and call another company and cancel the tow from El Segundo
