The nails turned out super cute and I loved them when I left but only 5 days later and they started popping off as they weren't stuck on well. It was just everyday things such as taking my hands out of my pocket or even just washing my hands that would cause them to loosen from my nail bed.

I got a full dip powder set + tips for length. My natural nails are short due to biting and picking but I am going to meet my fiancé's family for the holidays so I wanted to look decent. I do not like unnatural looking nails and emphasized natural a few times. The nail tech affirmed natural then continued the work. It wasn't until halfway through that I realized three nail tips were crooked, going diagonal from my nail bed. They were corrected when I brought it up then later I realized the ends of the nails were fanned out- not natural at all. After this point, the nail tech asked for

First of all I loved my interactions with Lina she's truly a talented gem. My nails have always been butchered by other manicurists who didn't understand my shape, or what style to have them. When I checked out Andhra Nails and Spa, I would never go anywhere else in SJ again. Lina knew exactly what color I wanted and what shape would make it better. Not only was the technique perfect but the price was very affordable. After this mani, I don't dare go anywhere else. I'm so disappointed. I came here for first time. I got dip manicure which is supposed to be better than gel. After one week my nails look like this. I have a wedding to go out of town this weekend, that's why I got my nails done in advance. Now I have to take the time to get Another manicure and waste money.

Being an athlete all of my life (20+ years combined between basketball, running, lifting) I did not have the best of toenails. My girlfriend convinced me to do something about it and get them fixed up at this nail salon. I have to say, I was not disappointed! Lina specifically took really good care of me and I have come back to her a couple of times now. Overall happy with the service and results.

I came to this salon for a gel manicure and wax on Halloween weekend to San Jose. I didn't think waiting to get your nails done would be a fun time, until they so generously let me wait on a massage chair. The wait was much shorter just because of that. When we were done, my nails came out looking so nice and the color fit my skin so well (I had asked for a recommendation from Lina because she was going to do my nails for me). I work in the lab and have to use my fingers a lot, and gel is perfect for my needs of keeping a nice set of nails while having it short for use in lab work. Because

I went into the salon 10/26, for a pedicure and fill and couple days later my nails started chipping. So I went in today 11/2 and explained that I wanted my money back for the nails only, a lady who didn't do my nails started yelling and getting mad saying that I could come back and they'd do them for me. I kept saying no that I only wanted my money back. The more I said this the more angry the lady got, finally after standing my ground the manager was called and I was able to speak with him. My money will be refunded but I will never return. As a travel nurse I use my days off to unwind

Lovely place to get your nails done! The workers are gentle and precise in hopes of getting the nail art you'd love. Way more careful than other nail places I've been to! They continuously ask for your opinion throughout the process to double check the nails don't come out bad. They offer snacks and water, even giving a stamp card for frequent customers to come back.

My friends and I have gone here for awhile but today, we had the worst experience we ever had at a nail salon. One of the workers yelled, rose her voice, at my friend when she asked her to alter her french tip. She said "do it yourself then." We were the last customers of the night so they just decided to take off their masks. Social distancing was not enforced. They were not sanitizing or cleaning anything. I will be reporting them to the health department. Do not go here.

I have never gotten my nails done before and this wasn't a great experience. The main owner was extremely unfriendly and was hostile to my friend and I. There were couple things that made this experience miserable:
1. Pricing: We were told different prices when we called. My friend and I wanted full set acrylic nails with design and was told the base price was $45 and additional designs were gonna be $5-10. They never mentioned that alternating colors were extra. I asked to have different colors for each nail (which isn't design) and was told it would be $20 more. I'm not understanding

I love this nail spa. I always find myself coming back to it after trying a new nail spot out. My gel manicures have never lasted so long that they have from here. I got my last manicure done a week before the shut down, and my nails lasted 1.5 months (even with crazy grow out). They lasted through many heavy weight lifting workouts. I do not treat these hands well, and the nails lasted SO LONG.
I love this place so much and will always recommend them to my friends and family. Never going to another nail salon.

Definitely has been my go-to nail salon!
Wendy goes a great job at acrylic sets. They have a lot of colors and designs to choose from.
I would really recommend making an appointment ahead of time because they get really busy (& try to be patient if they're not on time with your appointment since they're so swamped!)
