Well...I did not think that spending time doing nails at the salon was a great idea, till I have found Amy's Nail Lounge. The location is great. It took me about 15 min to wait, because the place was full. Nail techs were great. I have gotten a great deluxe manicure and pedicure for a reasonable price.

Where do I even start?! Amy was SO AMAZING! I got a full set done as well as a pedicure and it was so relaxing! The lady that did my toes was great! I felt no pain whatsoever during the whole process, and she even dealt with my squirming because I was so ticklish. She was absolutely amazing! I got the basic set done and had a nice salt scrub, hot stone rub, & massage. It was delightful!
Now back to Amy. Amy was super nice & fun to chat with, definitely made time go by so fast! My full set with design was done quickly (little over 1 hour) and it was perfect! I let Amy know that I wanted

I had a great experience with Amy and Tam for my recent pedicure. I had Tam and my partner had Amy. She has also been going to Amy for some time now.
Tam was very hospitable, bringing me water, setting up the massager and just making sure I'm comfortable. She did an amazing job cleaning up my battered heels, making them smooth as a baby's bottom. She also was careful not to hurt my toes while cleaning my cuticles and nails as meticulously as possible. The leg and feet massage and scrubs were relaxing.
Amy would try and check up on me as well even though she was not the one tending to

My boyfriend found Amy's Nail Lounge while searching for a place to get a manicure last minute before our getaway trip to petaluma
Amy was able to get us in without an appointment for two deluxe manicures (and tried for pedicures but we didn't bring the right shoes! lol!) it was such a relaxing and welcoming experience, and both of us walked out feeling like new people
her salon is inside Sola, so its very intimate, friendly, and welcoming, and if you are in need of any other beautician services, i'm sure you'll be able to find someone else around who is able to help you out

I found Amy on Yelp, looking for a better place to get my nails done other than Kitchen Nail Bar. Amy was very sweet and accommodating. She was able to fix a mistake the previous nail salon did. Her salon is clean and I appreciated that she's a certified clean nail tech. Amy had equipment I'd never seen before that made the air clean and sucks up nail particles that fly around while she works on your nails. I was very impressed and trusted her greatly to do my nails.

Right by my place. If it weren't for Yelp, I would not have known there is a posh nail boutique in this building. Very small so appointments are necessary but it is immaculate, hygienic, and both (owner and nail artist) were so warm and down-to-earth.
I wanted to get a pedicure for a wedding that coming weekend. I loved the way the French tips came out. They knew that I was in a hurry. I was working (had my laptop on my lap the entire time) and I had to pickup Gavin from school.
You get what you pay for. It lasted 3 weeks!

Update: Edited my 2-star review down to 1-star. I am speaking the truth, I would not bother writing a negative review if my feet were healed in less than a week (it still did not heal). Instead of a small apology, calling your customers a liar is not a good thing. There were other comments on politeness for a reason apparently. This was my first and last time in this salon.

I've been going to Amy for the past six months and I am so happy I found her! Whenever she does my nails the gel manicures last for weeks. The only reason I need to go back is because my nails have grown out! Amy is also so accommodating. She always tries to make room in her schedule for her customers and remembers you.

Possibly the best pedicure I have had - I have struggled with thick calluses for years and have never been fully satisfied with the callus treatment given by other salons. This place actually made a difference and my calluses are SIGNIFICANTLY thinner. On top of that the foot and calf massage was wonderful and I really enjoyed the scrubs/massage lotions they used. I will definitely be returning!

I made an appointment online to be seen by Amy after looking at her Yelp page. First and foremost I have a beautiful set that I adore;however there were a couple of things that I'd like to address that have affected my overall review.
First: booking an appointment online was somewhat confusing; there are many options on what to be done with with little description--as someone not as well versed on nails it was difficult determining what exactly I wanted.

Her salon is an intimate and relaxing setting. Even before COVID, she always kept everything really clean and it's only been amplified now that we're in a pandemic.
She offers a variety of nails and waxing services. I normally get a full set of acrylics and walk out feeling beautiful. Today, I just got a gel manicure and she even made my natural nails look beautiful. I haven't tried waxing yet, but I will in the future.

I can not recommend Amy enough! She is truly a nail and waxing queen. I have been going to her for a few weeks now and I’m so happy to have found my new nail spot in San Jose.
Her salon is cute and intimate, booking is a breeze online, and Amy is funny and professional. I wish I could give more stars!
