We were very pleased with the service received at Jim Lewis tire pros. I checked with them prior to taking the vehicle to them and received price estimates and was very pleased with the final cost. I had never been to Jim Lewis before but I plan to return for future automobile repairs.

From the moment I called to ask about getting my oil changed they were professional and very helpful. I got right in when I arrived and they finished my oil change in a very reasonable amount of time! It’s very nice not having to have an appointment and being able to get in quick!

Needed tire rotation and oil change. Other places required appointment for the service and were scheduling two weeks out. By arriving first thing when they opened and waiting I was able to get the services in just over one hour. Staff always friendly and courteous.

Honest and professional. They don't make appointments. Service is first come, first serve. So, if you're looking to have your service done in a timely fashion, you're going to need to show up about a half hour before they open. The performance of services is quick once your car is in the shop, and they do a great job without attempting to sell you products or services your car doesn't need. They do offer a complimentary shuttle service for the immediate Jefferson City area, which is great if your car won't make it in until later in the day. I would highly recommend Jim Lewis, especially over Tire
