When Yuri and his family first moved to Columbia, Missouri in 1996, he began working for a local auto repair chain. In 2006, he and a coworker-Mike Noel-found they were disappointed with the lack of trust in the local auto repair scene.

We had this Range Rover come in making engine rattling noises. We diagnosed two problems with the vehicle. The first problem was the timing chain was having issues and rattling. This is a common problem for many of these Rovers. The timing chain guides will break or the tensioners will go bad allowing too much slack in the chain.

MY Automotive is a professional shop from top to bottom. Yuri and his staff are knowledgeable, skilled, and stand squarely behind their work. The prices are more than fair, especially when it comes to servicing Porsches. I'll never take my 2009 Boxster to another shop in Columbia.

These guys saved my butt yesterday when I had the cover under my bumper fall off and drag on the road while driving across the state. They got me in and took it off for me, and since they obviously didn’t have that spare part just lying around for a Ford C-Max they didn’t even charge me for their time or labor. Got me back on the road fast. I may end up driving back to CoMo for my next car repair need, since they were so helpful!

I first started using MY Auto a couple of years ago when I was driving an Impala held together by duct tape and prayer. They helped me keep that goofy car on the road long past its expiration date. When I got my Trax, I tried using a shop closer to home. Big mistake. The new shop messed up an oil change of all things, causing all kinds of cascading problems. So, now I'm back at MY Auto to stay. I've been going to M Y Automotive for a few years now. Yuri always makes sure we're taken care of. He takes time to walk you through any issues your vehicle is having and explains every option, not just what he recommends or what would make the most money for himself. I have taken my vehicle in a few times over the last year or two and have been very impressed with the service I received. I know very little about what is under the hood and so have always been a bit wary about shops; however, I have grown to trust the people that work here. The repairs are done quickly, I am kept up-to-date on what is going on, and the prices are reasonable. In addition, after the work is completed, they send a follow-up text message a few days later to just make sure that everything is running well.

Yuri fixed my car quickly and for half the price of other quotes. Went the extra mile to fill my car’s tires up with air before I left. He even texted a couple days after the appointment to make sure everything was still working well. Highly recommend! Definitely will be my go to mechanic in the future.

Yuri has always been super helpful for me and my family. He has provided excellent service in repairing multiple of our cars. Lately I have been going to Yuri about issues with my current car and he is super informative to me and really talks through what needs fixing and what can be done. Sure that may seem generic, but with Yuri he really makes you feel like it's sincere and personable, which it definitely is. He provides what should be done now and says what can be prolonged to better suit my needs financially and has been such a huge help. He is an excellent mechanic and I cannot recommend

Yuri and his staff are truly incredible. I recently purchased a BMW 328i and brought it to them to fix some issues with the front brakes and tension belt. He completed the work in 2 days and did it for cheaper than the dealership and other repair stores in town. On top of this he gave me a student discount and fixed a few minor things in the car for free such ad my door popping and the auxiliary port. I will only be taking my car to them from now on. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

I was referred to M Y Automotive through the MINI Cooper company website that listed reputable mechanics in my area to work on my MINI. I called to make an appointment and they were able to schedule me right in. They was fast, efficient, polite and friendly. Even though I had a pretty good idea of the work that needed to be done, they took the time to explain everything that they were planning to do and even suggested a more cost effective way to take care of my repairs. I am a college senior that has been coming here for the past 4 years. I have tried going elsewhere in Columbia but have never been as happy as MY Automotive has left me! They never try to sell me something I don't need, I trust the work they do, and great customer service! I am sad that I will no longer be living in Columbia because MY Automotive is the only place I have found in any city that I'm 100% confident they will do great work!

I have been taking my vehicles to MY Automotive for many years, as a matter of fact Mike and Yuri have worked on my vehicles before they opened the shop. They have always done outstanding work.
