They were so nice at Custom Complete Automotive. They were incredibly busy on the day before Christmas eve and everyone that came is was surprisingly grumpy but they handled it really professionally and were very kind and efficient. Kyle (pretty sure that is who helped me) in particular was super helpful. Very happy with my experience here.

Would rate zero stars if possible, terrible leadership and even worse work. During a short period of employment I ended up having money stolen from me in the form of illegal deductions to my pay. How can you expect quality work from mechanics who are being robbed of hard earned money? TLDR many other shops in Columbia who will value your patronage and give you value for you money, would avoid this place and affiliates at all costs.

Writing this as I sit in their parking lot.
I ran a diagnostic on my ram truck this morning, and walked into custom with a code and asked for a quote to replace the part. All they could say is "well we need to diagnose it", even though I had already diagnosed it down to a spicific fuel sensor.
Walked to my truck, called up ram, and they gave me a quote over the phone.
Moral of this story, and my friend can second this because they gouged him too, STAY AWAY FROM CUSTOM COMPLETE AUTO! These clowns don't know what they are doing and are just trying to take you for a dang ride. They're absolutely

Had a flat tire crisis, and the folks at Custom Complete Automotive on Nifong took care of my tire replàcement needs in a highly professional and timely manner. Kyle was super helpful in keeping me up to date with everything going on with the repairs as well giving me accurate price estimates.
That being said, I was driving in the rain the day after, and my windshield wipers suddenly stopped working. After opening the hood, it looks like an unused coil pack was placed under the driver’s side wiper during the repair, causing the wipers to become disconnected from its motor.
Still giving 5 stars because the wiper arms were a quick fix, and the work they did for the price I paid outweighs one little mistake.

Needed an oil change last minute and called around a few shops but most shops told me they were out weeks. Custom said they were first come first serve. I showed up about an hour after open and was given an hour or two wait time. I observed Kyle (manger) while there and he was one of the most kind and honest managers I’ve seen with lately. He gave everyone honest wait times, was kind to everyone, handled the phones, customers walking in, other employees and anything else placed on his desk with ease. I was out under the quotes time and my car was happy to finally have oil again haha. Highly recommend
