My fiancé purchased my engagement ring at Diamond Designs and I honestly couldn’t be more thrilled with how the custom design came out! It’s stunning! My fiancé boasts about the experience he had during the design process with Dee. After we got engaged, we got to celebrate with Dee and of course now I understand why my fiancé and his whole family go to Dee for all their jewelry! I saw a ring on sale on FB and decided to go to the store before purchasing the ring. The sellers were wonderful and very accommodating. I arrived at 10 am when they normally start seeing customers at 10:30. Even though I arrived earlier than expected, I still received courteous and helpful assistance. I've been a long time customer of Diamond Designs and everytime I make a purchase or have a repair done, I find that there is no reason to go anywhere else.

My wife and I have been using Diamond Design for almost 20 years and thought it was about time to express our appreciation and gratitude to them. Went in yesterday. Was a really nice experience. shared a sea hag! very helpful staff My wife to be ( shes very well versed with fashion / jewelry) thought the same. Diamond Designs is the only place I will go to when I am looking for jewelry. I recently went in to see Dee about a 10 year anniversary gift. I told him my price range and ideas and he went through the store showing me exactly what I was looking for and in the correct price range. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I picked out the necklace and it was ready for me right away. The store felt comfortable while at the same time secure and safe. My experience as the church's elder with Diamond Design was an amazing experience. Dee took on the project in which his team has never encountered. The ring came out as majestic and astronomical as my bishop described it to be. There were many specifics that had to be done according to my Bishop's liking. They did not carry this kind of item in store. Trust me I called almost every 5 star jeweler in the district. Again this was an item that needed to be created and made from scratch. Time was also a factor that i was facing and thus requested this less than a month. Even with that kind of timing

Highly recommended! I searched the internet for a certain item and I found it at Diamond Designs and purchased it sight-unseen. The communication from them made me very comfortable and the item was received quickly. Although exactly as I ordered, I am returning it to upgrade, and they were even so helpful on the return side. I have received such amazing service throughout. (I work at a 5-star/diamond hotel and know impeccable service well -- they deserve my 5 stars for sure!)

After an unbelievably bad experience at another jewelry store last week I searched Yelp and found this "gem." What a difference!!! I had never been here before but was absolutely treated like family. They literally quoted me half of what I was charged in the other place for a sizing and, since they don't charge labor (like their competitor tried to do) I ended up paying half as much for my watch batteries.
Everyone is friendly and helpful and I will be requesting a quote for some custom work. I have no doubt it will also be a very pleasant experience.

I recently went to Diamond Designs on the Post Rd, in Orange, CT. I can't say enough about how nice D the owner and Joe the salesmen were. They made my husband and myself feel very comfortable. Joe took the time to show me as many rings as I wanted and was happy to help me. I had a bit of hesitation and instead of trying to sell me the ring, he said, "you should sleep on it, this way you won't have any buyers remorse."
