They are SO nice! I went in there to make sure that the center stone in my engagement ring was not loose since I could hear it moving, and they fixed it on the spot for me! No appointment necessary! (My ring was made somewhere else before we knew about MJ Thomas. I'm sure this would not have been a problem had MJ Thomas made my ring)
