I went there a couple days ago and didn’t have the best experience. The man rushed my nails and didn’t do a very neat job. I had polish and the gel stuff all over my fingers and he still rushed to get it off so he could get to the next person. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.it’s only been a couple days and my “gel” polish is already chipping off.

I don't get manicures or pedicures except when my mother in law is in town. I'm talking maybe once a year or two. We were going to the mall so thought we'd try somewhere different. Bad choice! I will never go back. THEY DO NOT LET YOU PICK WHAT YOU WANT! Like seriously. I wanted the basic pedi, yes the cheapest but that should be my choice right!? Why is it even on the menu!!? Pushy and uncomfortable and rude. My chair wasn't plugged in until I was almost done. Hard to get in and out of seats bc they're so close to each other. The guy made me feel like he was annoyed which

It’s closer to 3.5 since as wonderful as my services were and I had a deluxe $62 pedicure that was wonderful. We struggled a little when it came to buffing and shaping my nails the shape I liked them but Kim did her best. I think they are short sided when they give a loyalty card and only gave one star to myself and Cindy while one spent $82 and one $84. When I asked why since you need 10 stars for a free basic pedicure they explained only one per visit. I said not even one per service? Nope! Well at that rate I would spent over $800 possibly for a free $26 service? Very short sided and while

Do NOT go here. Tried this place for the first time. My cuticles and nail beds are so sore from the over drilling. Was forced to get an 8 dollar mini mani which involved over clipping my cuticles until they bled before applying my acrylics. The customer service was awful. The nail tech snatched my hands around and yelled at me to relax. Very rude and dirty place. I basically payed 60 dollars to get yelled at and my cuticles clipped until they bled. Do NOT recommend!!

We only had one bad experience at Lee nails so far. We go every 2 to 3 weeks to get my Daughter's nails done. One of the ladies there made her thumb nails too wide for her long boney fingers so it looked awful. She had had Michael who is amazing, one of the Sister's who is fantastic as well as another lady. Just one bad one in the bunch.

I am only giving this place two stars because the staff was relatively kind and it looked clean, but my nails are disappointing. I got my acrylic removed and got a gel manicure. My nails are uneven. The polish is sloppy. One of my nails has a bubble of polish on it. She was so focused on cutting my cuticles and didn't do a good job on painting or shaping them. She also nicked me with the drill a few times. I also had glue residue on my fingers from the soak off. I told the tech i wanted them as short as possible and she didn't understand english and no one stepped in to help translate

Came here for almost a year because of the convenience of the location and hours, but in general, this place is not worth it. It really depends on who you get, but more times than not, my acrylic nails lifted after a week. Also, not the most personable bunch. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Visiting for the weekend and I wanted desperately to get a pedicure. I didn't read the reviews prior and I'm glad I didn't. There were many staff on hand, the prices pretty standard. The lady who did me was friendly enough. I upgraded to a $40 pedicure and get polish. I am pleased with the service I received.

Walked in 40 minutes prior to closing and the owner immediately accepted us, after looking at their wall of polish, my gut told me to bail, but of course I just stubbed my toenail and I had to have fixed it somehow. My husband and I had gotten the deluxe pedicures. He got a rosemary organic bulls*** pedicure ($60) w/ Tina while I got the sun soak bulls*** pedicure w/ Minh. The salon looked worn in and dated. Pedicure chairs were older and needed updating. The seat massage barely did anything other than shake you

Went in there about a week ago to get a gel manicure and a pedicure. The lady was rushing on my pedicure, once she told me to go sit down for my manicure, I looked down at my toes and it looked like a 4 year old had painted my toes. It was all out of the lines, paint on my skin.
After seeing my toes, I didn't even want to get my hands done there, but ended up going through with it. Well, I shouldn't have. My gel manicure started peeling and chipping 3 days later. Mind you I didn't do anything out of the regular during these 3 days.

This is an update of my review for the massage service they have. My wife and I have had manicures and pedicures together here and those have been fine. The massage I would not recommend. If you want a relaxing massage then this may be fine but I like a DEEP TISSUE or trigger point massage that will work out muscle knots and pain. First the room is private luckily because the female massage therapist simply said to get undressed and and lye down. No towel given. It all just seamed strange and I have experienced language understanding issues at this salon before so I was not sure if she wanted

The only reason I will give this place such a low rating is they do an okay job when I have gone to get a pedicure/manicure. The problem is you will say all you want is the basic and hope to sit back and enjoy the experience; however, the entire time you are sitting there they are trying to upgrade you to a deluxe or charge $5 more for callous removal or to get your eyebrows done. They will even tag team you; almost shame you for not getting the upgrade.
The whole staff does this and I do not have this experience anywhere else I have gone. I explain as a client what I would like and an upgrade
