Serenity came highly recommended by family. I don’t have my nail done often. Unfortunately, the manicures I give myself are not keeping up in my line of work and it was time to see a professional! Last Tuesday, walked in mid-afternoon and was seated with Narith within 10 minutes.
We discussed my current situation. He recommended using dip rather then gel, as I had assumed would be the best option. My nails are perfect! They are short, shiny, and clean around the cuticles.

Owners Very rude!
Quality of service has declined severely. Worse pedi ever!
When I told manager/owner how displeased I was with subpar service instead of her being gracious and correcting issue she declined mani .
Unprofessional personified .
They have had a huge employee turn around and when I asked for tech usually that had done my services owner became very agitated and asked why did I ask for her ... red flag ! Very odd response instead of just letting me know that she no longer worked there .
She probably left because of her and the husbands rude interactions with customers .

Was just charged 90 dollars for a polish change and a “French tip” that I was told he couldn’t do and I had to do an ombré… cool. (This isn’t ombré) Then he asked to add a snowflake which I said no too MULTIPLE times before finally giving in.. he said he just started and I don’t mind letting people practice, however I was then then charged for these snowflakes when I never wanted them, and not to mention they were crooked.. so not only did I get absolutely nothing that I asked for.. it was 90 dollars… for these…. and a polish change. Truly don’t understand how they have such

The lady who did my nails was very helpful and professional.
The person who checked me in was a bit abrupt and needed to use his customer service skills. He also was quick to check me out but because he was in a rush I didn’t get my 10% discount from Latitude. Again more customer service would have added to the experience.

Let me begin by saying that this is a beautiful nail salon, and as a first time customer, I was excited to get my birthday nails done here. I had an older male nail tech. From the beginning, he was just very straight to the point, not very friendly, but I looked past that. However, the problems really began after he changed the colors I chose. He picked out a different base color and insisted it will look better, so I said okay and the base color wasn’t too bad, so we continued.

Lynn and Kimmy are hands down the best at what they do. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. I always leave here feeling fabulous and beautiful with my nails on point. I’m very particular about the shape and thickness and they always come out looking perfect. I also recommend having a drink while you’re getting relaxed and pampered. Drive 30 minutes to see these wonderful ladies and the owner Charlie is very nice too. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Clean environment, professional staff and gorgeous work. Highly recommend!!!!!!

It’s difficult to leave a bad review because they usually do a good job. I just left the place and took a good look and my nails are so thick it looks bad. They also look like celery stalks. I don’t like them a bit. She kept saying, you like them right? Beside all the nick and cuts I received, I don’t like them. Sigh…

This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in the 15+ years I've been getting my nails done. The application process was rushed, sloppy and done incorrectly for my dip nails. I sat for over 30 mins waiting for a pedicure in cold water to have my acrylic put on my toes directly from a universal pot talk about cross contamination. Then after paying 118 for poor quality my nail broke in less than 48 hours . NOT worth your money .. go ANYWHERE ELSE!

This salon gave me green nail syndrome. Green spots on nails indicate a bacterial infection caused by unsanitary conditions in the salon and/or poor tech hygiene. I've been getting my Nails done for over 5 years consistently never have I ever experienced this issue until I got my nails done at this salon. I obviously do not recommend this salon. There is no way this establishment's sanitation standards are up to code.

If i could give this so called place of business negative stars or even a zero i would. The owner clearly knows that his nail tech Cathy is inconsiderate, ignorant and a bully. She told my daughter to shh as she was doing her nails but at the same time causing my daughter pain. She also bullied and laughed at her in front of me when she didn't paint my daughters nails until the edge. I literally threw a fit in there and apparently this is not the first time this happens with this employee and with other customers. The manager Pamela was an angel she got me a refund but her hands were tied

I believe the lady's name was Rose. She did my husbands mani-pedi.
Sorry to say but he will not be going to her again
First she did not do a good job on his pedicure he asked repeatedly to not be so rough on his one foot. And apparently all she did was laugh and smile
Second on his manicure she cut his nails down so far that it looked like he bit them off
I didn't know this until we got home since he left before I did
So sorry but he will be one last customer they will have

Jennifer was very rude to me. I asked her if she knew how to do the specific shape that I wanted and she told me if I don't like my nails I can do them myself. Again I asked a question that a customer should be aloud to ask a nail technician. When I asked to speak to a manager, she told me the manager was her husband. Completely and utterly disrespectful and disgusting!!!

A friend and I were looking for a nail salon and stumbled upon this place. The place was big and the staff was friendly. The place was clean and tools were clearly sanitized between customers. They have complimentary cocktails while you wait which was nice. The only thing I would say to be aware of is that it is a bit pricier than your average nail salon. The lowest price was $30 and $15 more if you want gel. The massage chairs were amazing! I usually don't like them, but these were amazing!

This was by far the best pedicure for the money. The best bang for your buck, if you will. My sister and I both ordered the Pina Colada pedicure. It included an alcoholic beverage, hot stone massage, paraffin wax, and so much more.
My complaint is that my specific technician was kind of painful. I got knicked when she was removing my cuticles and her leg massage was focused on my shin bone and not the muscles. I even pulled my legs away from her a few times. Had she been that hard down on my calf muscles, it would have been bliss. On the plus side, she did an amazing job with clipping and painting

I went with my momma as a walk-in. They are busy for the holidays! I was a little worried but when I called the manager said yes! A lot of staff. I was lucky to get Kimmy to do my nails. She is a sweetheart. My mom got french pedicure and I got a full set gel in matching colors. Kimmy did an amazing job. I will return!

I went in to get my acrylic nails taken off and left with poorly shaped fragile nails. Once I got there I simply asked for them to be removed and they tried twice to have me get new nails done even though I said I just want them taken off. While my nails were soaking, my nails technician was on the phone watching videos which I find unprofessional. When it came time to shape my nails an old used file was pulled out and my nails were not shaped very well. I luckily had a nail file in my car to shape them to the best of my ability once I left. Overall I do not recommend going there. I made the decision

Tried to be sold full dip set, AGREED, and then had a tech tell me he "wasn't good at that but had seen others do it before" the manager bumped in, gave me a different tech and HANDED her the fill that would match
Tech tried 2 separate colors then tried the

Terrible drip mani. Seated promptly and had foils put on to remove old polish and then the guy left to do someone else's nails and I sat for a good 35 min until someone came over to do my nails!
I asked for thin SNS and they turned out super uneven. One hand turned out fine thickness wise but have gaps from the powder not being put all around the nail. The other hand is super thick and not remotely even and I got tired of asking the guy to thin it out and was ready to leave at this point.
"Mani" was also bad...he pushed back the crucial but never removed the access skin. No lotion
