Just got done with using Craftsmen for a second time (apparently people just love rear-ending me!) I am blown away each time by their astounding customer service and personalized level of care for each car they service. You can tell they are in business for the right reasons and work with you through any issues you may encounter.
I-CAR is the gold standard when it comes collision industry training and less than 10% of facilities nationwide have achieved Gold Class status. We're one of them. We think that is pretty awesome! But why does I-CAR matter to you? As a Gold Class shop, we require each of our technicians involved in collision repair to take ongoing training every year.
Craftsmen Auto Body is a Honda Certified Auto Body Collision Repair Facility and formally recognized by American Honda Motor Company. That means that we have invested significant time and resources in ensuring that our entire staff is trained to repair your vehicle according to strict OEM Factory specifications.

My car had been hit by a neighbor and was taken here for repairs. I was updated almost everyday and more often than even my car insurance. I want to give a special shout out to Steve he was so sweet and helpful. Truly an angel in disguise. If you need repairs this is the place you have to take your car too. Thank you everyone!

I took may car on March the 20th and it took them five weeks to get my car back. When they returned it the tail light was not working and it is my fault for not inspecting it however you would think they will do their due diligence and be proactive and have some sort of chack list to ensure proper milestones on each car was completed. Obviously no. I call they said they were gonna get the lightbulb.. it turn out the light did not work. I ended having to buy a new tail light out of my own pocket. Extremely dissatisfied with their service. Please do your homework before choosing this guys I mean
