My truck was rear ended while at a traffic light. I chose Fred Guy because they had done a great job for me years ago and was really pleased with the professionalism and courtesy afforded me. When the truck was fixed it exceeded my expectations. It looked like a brand new truck. The damage was repaired and the truck was returned to me after undergoing a full clean and detail.
Laura was great at the front desk also and kept me informed of the progress with the repair.

Over the Christmas holiday, our car was hit by a delivery vehicle and took off. No note, nothing just a hit and run. We had just moved to the area so we had no idea where to find a good body shop. We found Fred Guy's auto body through other reviews and are very happy with the service they provided us. We got the car fixed and it looks absolutely incredible.!

I came to Fred Guy after hearing nothing but good things, and everything was right on point! My truck was sideswiped along the rear passenger side leaving the panel pretty thrashed, and there was a small dent in the tailgate from a separate incident. I decided to fix both issues, and Fred Guy did an amazing job. There was an initial hiccup due to a back ordered part, but Fred Guy came through and handled it generously. Communication was excellent; they kept me updated with repair progress, projected finish dates, etc. I would definitely recommend Fred Guy to anyone and plan on returning if any

They are AAA certified. Steve did an estimate and then explained it. Steve also noticed that we had a broken reverse tail light, suggested that he order the part and replace it while he had the car. Appreciated that!
When we picked the car up, it was perfect! Professional body work and paint job. Car was cleaned inside and out. Can't be happier!! We recommend the shop.

Did a great job repainting my car after the factory paint went very bad! It's like having a new car again! This is my 2nd experience with them and they didn't disappoint either time. You will be hard pressed to find a better shop for your Auto Body repairs. Outstanding communication with Customers, and top notch work. I've had two different cars repaired, and each experience was remarkable. I won't go anywhere else frankly.

As usual Steve in the body shop was top notch‼I'm a Vietnam veteran in a wheelchair so he always tries to get my van out as quickly as possible‼That's the only mode of transportation i have‼Laura in the office keeps you updated daily by phone or email with the insurance particulars‼I wouldn't go to any other shop‼If I could give them 10 stars i would‼

I selected this business to do the body work on my Audi Q7 by their Yelp reviews. The front desk was helpful articulate, and responsive. The body work itself was perfect and finished ahead of time. To sum up my experience I would say this business cares very much about professionalism and pleasing their customers.

This shop was recommended by a friend and I could not have been happier. The job itself took awhile due to ordering parts and waiting on insurance estimates, but, I was informed every step of the way. They are very busy, so required advanced booking to get an estimate, but they were true to their estimate in terms of cost and schedule, and the work on my car was high quality.

Someone backing into my car in a parking lot. Fred Guy's had a fair estimate and did a great job repairing all the damage. Plus they stayed within the stated time on the estimate. Everyone there is friendly and easy to work with which is also impressive. I recommend them and I would go back if I needed to have more work done.

Based on a recommendation from AAA, I took my vehicle that needed a new front fender into Fred Guy. From the start, I couldn't be happier or more satisfied with the process from drop off to pick up. Deborah who works the front desk was especially helpful. She was cogent, professional, and made sure I understood each step of the way. Originally, the estimated time of completion was 5-6 business days. However, the car was finished a day earlier than expected, which was nice since I needed the car for work.
