We had a one night stay and the room was gorgeous. Beautifully laid out, the huge walk in shower was so pretty. The convenience of walking out into main street was perfect. The parking garage was an easy entrance and provided coverage for the car when it snowed, so in the morning we could just go on our merry way. The restaurant in the same building was delicious and convenient as well. Highly recommend.

A group of friends and I stayed at The Hotel Concord and absolutely loved our overall experience. The hotel + room were so, so clean, quiet, and beautiful. I highly recommend booking this hotel based on that + the hotels location. I'm giving 4 stars because we booked a room for 2 queen size beds, but the beds weren't a true Queen-size. They were definitely Full. While it's not an absolute deal breaker, marketing the beds as queen-size is false.
Should I return to Concord, I will absolutely stay here!

The Hotel Concord is a modern hotel with touches of character that give it a distinct flavor. The staff was affable and friendly, never too busy to attend to our questions. We ended up with a room with a terrace, and the summer views were worth the extra cost. While we were in NH for a wedding this trip, we hope to return to the Hotel Concord to further explore Main St.

To start off, my family didn’t know where to park. The woman at the front desk said that they could park in a reserved spot. So we did and we got woken up at 8 AM with a call saying we couldn’t park there. So my dad had went down and moved the truck. To find a note that says “this is a reserved parking spot you will be towed 😊” yes they put a smiley face on it. And then we explained to the woman up front what happened. She said she understood why we were upset and that the girl was new. She took off some of the price on the room. But was still a very upsetting experience.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are modern, clean and huge. We went to the steakhouse that is attached which was really convenient. The people working there were really nice and helpful. And the best part was we paid under $200 for a Saturday night. I highly recommend!!

This may be a long one as I can’t say a enough good things about this hotel.
On Wednesday 1-20-21 I checked in with my daughter who is in an electric wheelchair and her service dog Chyler Jayne. We spent four amazing nights.
The first person I talked to on the phone was Lilly and she was beyond accommodating.
I’d have to take the dog out early in the morning and as soon as I came in the wonderful woman at the front desk would have a hot coffee waiting for me.
Every single employee was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful.
Now Michelle the manager went above and beyond to ensure we loved

Check in was easy and took us about 3 minutes. I was beat and just wanted to get to our room. Everything was extremely clean and our bed was fluffed and beautifully made also bed was a little firm which is great for our back. Two welcoming chocolates were just what we needed! There were complimentary slippers we were so grateful for. They have a gym but only two ppl can go in there at a time which my husband and I were ok with. Cute little town. Totally convenient the steakhouse was right next door because that was absolutely delicious. Very central to anywhere you would need to go. Breakfast was

This hotel is absolutely spectacular! The rooms are very specious and the layout is beautiful. The bathrooms are also large with plenty of space. The rooms include a Keurig maker with a great selection of coffees and teas that are complimentary. The floor to ceiling windows provide beautiful views of the surrounding area. They also have great light canceling shades so the light doesn't wake you up in the morning. It is centrally located on Main Street and walking distance to many eateries. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Good Hotel overall. But, they won't let you go on to the balcony nor change the channel or the sound in the lounge TV, and also our toilet had some problems. Great place to visit for the primaries, It was full of candidates, journalists, advisors, and even secret service. And also some kind staff.

This hotel was absolutely our top favorite of our New England vacation. We stayed in the Luxury King room which was gorgeous (BIG!!) and had a huge balcony. No one was in the room next door so we had the huge balcony overlooking downtown Concord to ourselves. It was very clean and lovely. The breakfast with danish, muffins, egg sandwiches you could make, etc. was really good. Very friendly staff and super helpful. We will return for sure!!!! GREAT hotel.

This place is on point. Really, really nice. We stayed in room 607 which has a balcony view. I can't say one bad thing about the room or hotel. The hotel is modern and well designed. Large room and bathroom.
Great lounge area with 8 large wall televisions.

Great location. Walking distance to several restaurants and eateries. There's a movie theatre next door as well.

This hotel was absolutely perfect. Not a single negative thing to say. Location was in walking distance of the best restaurants in Concord. Hotel itself was gorgeous, spacious and very clean. The staff (Joseph in particular) were exceptionally friendly, courteous and helpful. Hotel bar/restaurant was also very good and their staff was great as well. If I was ever back in Concord this is the only place I would stay.

Such a fun hotel. Our room was right on top of Main Street with windows from floor to ceiling. Really cool views! Loved the modern/funky rooms and so clean. All of the city is walkable from here. Great parking too. Beds are nothing great, no pool, and no way to order movies, basic cable, which is fine for most. Great continental breakfast as part of the room charge. I recommend this place and would stay again.

This hotel is very nice to stay at but mostly just because of its looks. Yes it is very up to date and kind of fancy. But some of the staff are very rude and judgemental of the people that choose to pay and stay at their hotel for no real reason at all. Very disrespectful and uncorteous towards some customers.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Booked a seminar there over two months ago for this past Saturday. When I arrived they had no record of it and put someone else in my room, so I had people registered and no room even close to setup. On top of that as they scrambled to get a room setup, they couldn't even get my presentation to work on their overhead. Pure incompetence! It's now Tuesday and I haven't received so much as a email apologizing for their debacle. I do seminars on a regular basis and this was by far my worst experience. I'm a concord resident and will never use

Can't find a fault with this place. Spacious rooms and public spaces, luxurious touches everywhere. The multi-use building is in the very center of Downtown, with one of the city's best bars and restaurants onsite (O steaks and seafood). Surprising plus - FREE parking in the adjacent covered garage.

Adorable boutique hotel. New place that is clean and comfortable. Well appointed room. Staff was unbelievably nice. Parking is in the garage off Storrs Street and it is free. A little tricky to navigate the walk from the garage to the hotel, just follow signs for Capital Commons. DO NOT eat at O's Steakhouse that is adjacent. Although it may look nice, the food and service is terrible. You will wait way too long and you will be disappointed. Ask the friendly staff at the Hotel Concord and they will recommend a place like Revival or Angelina's.

They do offer a simple continental breakfast
