Diablo West Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine
Our goal at Diablo Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine is to offer the highest level of personalized care to our patients. We know our patients come to us with a variety of symptoms, limitations, and aspirations; what works for one person may not work for another. Our therapists work one-to-one with each patient bringing expert clinical knowledge, hands-on techniques, and corrective exercises specific to each individual.

As physical therapists, we are passionate about this mission and have enjoyed getting to know so many great people within our East Bay and Peninsula communities. Let us help you relieve pain, restore function, and create a plan to keep you doing what you love!

Pregnancy brings both joy and discomfort. Pregnant women experience tremendous physical changes as the baby grows and the body prepares itself for the strenuous journey ahead. While many of us train for athletic endeavors such as marathons, few of us train for giving birth to a baby. Even healthy, fit women may experience pregnancy-related pain such as sciatica, hip pain, and pelvic pain.
Orthopedic clinical specialists are physical therapists who have been certified by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties for their expertise in orthopedics. The OCS credential requires at least 2,000 hours of professional experience in orthopedics or successful completion of an orthopedics residency program along with passing a rigorous certification examination.

This PT operation is staffed by superior professional therapists and support staff. They are 100% focused on your recovery and always train you on what to do going forward so you dont have repeat injuries. And they make you want to follow their instructions. It's almost like going to school for yourself.
Alexandra. Was the person who treated me. She gets an A+.
