Carlisle Park Apartments

I rented here for 10 years. If you are transient or short term renter, you’ll be ok. The tenants who are solid are the ones who get shafted. They refuse to repaint or replace flooring. There were always 5-6 on the maintenance team. When l left there were two. They used to have a great team running the office/business end. Since new property owners took over the place was horrible. They were offering discounts on rent bc of covid. But they didn’t give it to everyone, especially the seniors and low income tenants. When I left, my flooring was rotted so badly that I could put two fingers down

My girlfriend and I are so happy here. Granted, we've been here for less than a week… but it is such a great location and the floor plans are well designed. There aren't any fancy bells and whistles in the apartment, it's very basic, but it's just what we need. We've had a couple of maintenance calls already and they've been dealt with very quickly. The move-in process was easy, especially considering that we are in the midst of a global pandemic!
Mary in the leasing office could not be sweeter. She is very accommodating and it's easy to see that she genuinely cares about her residents.

I lived in this complex for around 8 months, it was my first rented apartment. I have to say that it was one of the best experiences I have ever had and it will be very difficult for any other apartment complex to come close. The management and staff at these apartments are truly amazing. They are kind, professional and will take care of you. I had a few minor issues with the stove and they didn't hesitate to have it fixed very quickly. The people who live in the community were not problematic, it was very quiet, peaceful and very well maintained. I would defenitely reccomend these apartments to

I had inquired about renting from Carlisle park apartments. They are good with communication with any questions you may have but you need a credit score of 600 to rent from them. The dates of available apartments do change from one moment to another. The outside is clean and the demo apartment was clean too.

The office manager is very rude and snippy. She dont give good references upon moving. She said my place was dirty when I shampooed the carpets wiped the walls ran the vacume. The carpet had been worn as people walkednon it...daily living...they dont call you they send notices on your door...When it came to renewing...she decided not to renew before I could give her an answer. This office manager is shady...she Just want the money....please save yourself and dont apply at this place....boycot them....
