Honestly horrible nails, i’ve went here two times, the first time they looked pretty messed up that was about a year and a half ago. thought i would give them the benefit of the doubt and trying it out again definitely regretted my decision, my nails aren’t even fully painted, there’s brush marks throughout my nails like the polish was dry, the shapes don’t even match i got my eyebrows done and despite being the least painful waxing i’ve ever gotten my eyebrows are horrible and there’s a missing chunk from my eyebrow. i wouldn’t recommend this place, all the employees were rude besides

I had to wait 30 min before a technician is assigned and was asked to dip nails in acetone for 30 min. The technician charged large sum of money for dip powder design which she did like a 5 year old. The technician was very rude, cut my real nails without asking me and then made personal comments about my nails, my boyfriend and me. Do not go to this lady, she is frustrated with her life and takes it out on other people. She needs to be seen by a doctor and is unfit for this profession.

The price kept changing as they were doing it. Their sheet said 25 for a fill and I ended up having to pay $40. Said the polish used wouldn’t chip and it didn’t even last a week with out chipping! I’ve never had my nails chip before. Won’t ever go back! Didn’t even paint all of mail I noticed when looking after

A friend and I went in while Christmas shopping yesterday. They treated us like we completely inconvenienced them even though every lady in there was on their phone and not a single customer. My lady was rude and kept looking at the clock. She not only burnt with the dermal tool but also cut every single finger. I was more than dissatisfied!

I have never experienced such a low quality manicure in my life. The lady who did my nails was less than friendly. She rushed through the entire manicure which only took about twenty minutes. I wanted a basic manicure and it turned out horrible. Not only do they look bad and started chipping the day after I had them done, my nails are damaged beyond belief and are literally crumbling! Go somewhere else! This place should be shut down. Convenient that their reviews are off on Facebook.

Very expensive, for the way they looked. My daughter got her nails done for her birthday, when she was visiting her friend and thought that they looked decent. However, the owner and many of the employees hurrassed us into writing a 5 star review on her friends phone for a 5 dollar "discount." The lady that did my daughter's finger nails said her cuticles were dry, so she shaved them off. My daughter at that moment did not realize that it hurt that much, because it wasn't to bad. Then later that day this is what her nails looked like, (see picture below.) Her cuticles were bleeding. Will not go

Save your $ and do the pedicure yourself!
A 5 year old could have cut snd painted nails better the the lady that did my pedicure!
My granddaughter selected a light blue color and when I looked over her toes were being painted bright pink.
When we walked in only one client, that should
have been an indication of maybe not a good place.

This is a great nail shop right located conveniently in Jordan Creek Mall. They are very professional and helpful. I went there for a manicure and pedicure and loved how it turned out. The acrylics were great quality and I went back for a fill about 3 weeks later even though I could have even waited longer. I noticed one small flaw before the top coat on my fill and it was quickly fixed properly right away. The nails are shaped and filed perfectly and the white has stayed white on my French tip. I have read some of the comments on here and I think they aren’t a true representation of the professionalism

I spent $50 on nails and i asked for coffin shaped nails but she no and then when the lady finished they looked absolutely TERRIBLE! I was in there with my friends and it took and one of half hours for dip. She was supposed to clean out from under my nails and she it looks horrible. my friend has nail polish on her knuckles. ALL AROUND TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
