I went in on Saturday to get my nails done with a friend for my birthday. I showed my nail artist a photo of what I wanted, very simple with two lines on each nail. He said that he will make it look even better and to trust him. He would not listen to what I wanted at all and did completely different nails. I thought I could live with them but they are just horrible. I live out of town and come to this salon when I’m in Des Moines but the last few times I’ve gone in i have been unhappy with my nails.

If I could give a negative rating I would. I made the mistake of going and trying a new place for myself today. When I walked in I was the only customer and that right there should've been a red flag. It also was a red flag when everybody at once was trying to greet me and we're talking over each other as if they were fighting for me to be their customer. I made it clear that I wanted my hands in to be dip and my feet to be shellac. And I wanted both to match in color. I was assured that they had the color I was wanting and that it would match. We had a great experience at A+ nails. Have never tried dip before and it was super enjoyable. Everyone was friendly and staff checked on us several times! I've been to several nail salons but this one is the best so far. Very accommodating and professional. Ni (pronounced like knee) was WONDERFUL. I asked her to do something Halloween and she asked for some example pictures and then got right to it. I'll be back and asking for her. I hurt my finger at work the day before (think tinfoil type papercut) and it was so sore. She noticed right away and did an excellent job being gentle and cleaning

Critical: Quality
I've had good experiences here in the past, but my experience today was terrible. My nail tech burned my fingers several times with the drill and filed my nails on the sides until they were raw and inflammed. I should have said something, but I kept quiet. I paid $45 to have my nails ruined and left in pain.

Spent an afternoon here with some friends for a birthday spa treatment day. The owner was very friendly and provided drinks while we waited to get our toes or nails done.
I got a pedicure and enjoyed the massage chairs. Went with a pretty ocean blue sparkle nail polish. I believe I did the deluxe pedicure that included a cherry blossom scrub and lotion. Very nice!
Would recommend if you're in this side of town and need a little pampering.

Went here for the first time and let's just say I'm definitely going to keep coming back! I went in about an hour before they closed to get a mani pedi (which takes more than an hour) but they took such good care of me. Both ladies took their time and were in no rush to get me out. I tried their organic dips w tips and def recommend everyone to try it especially if you're used to getting acrylics w shellac, makes your nails feel so much lighter. I love how they turned out! The people here are so nice I can't even explain. Best nails salon I've been to in awhile!!

Best salon ever! We drive 2 hours to come here for nails, always A+ service. They always remember us and they're happy to be there which makes for a positive enviroment/experience!! Very reasonable prices, many levels of pedicures to choose from and to top off a manicure they give you shoulder and arm massages 😊😊 Hands down amazing place to have a few hours of pampering!!

I think the nails look good. I'm anxious to see how long they'll last! $60 is a lot for me so not sure I'll get it done again unless they really do last over a month. But then again, I usually get tired of having the same color in about a couple weeks anyway
Either way, the nail tech did exactly what I asked for and guided me in deciding what shape would look best, the length and the shade of pink. So that was very helpful.

they overcharged me $10.00, even though I left $20.00 tip! They end up doing my nails for 3 hrs and the man technician was very rude, arguing that he don't want to do a french manicure (!!!), (older man, I assume a manager had to apologize for him and asking me make sure I'll come back). That's not all!! During 4 days after they put NEW SET of nails - 3 of my new nails broke!! When I came back to fix it - they had no time ,asked me to come back after an hr....So much for good service!
The only good person there was Cindy (girl who was there gust
