I work for an organization who books a lot of different lodging for employees. TRC has been fantastic to work with! A total reprieve from your typical property management companies looking to squeeze every dollar out of you. The office staff is kind, efficient, and responsive. Our employees stayed in several different accommodations that were very nice, and for pretty good prices in the SLT area. Will definitely continue to use their services in the future.

They charged us 175$ for cleaning fee at first and then charged extra 50$ just because we left 2 bags of trashes in kitchen( but we called them that could that we had 2 bag of trashes what should we do? they said just left in kitchen and cleaning team will pick it up) . That was unfair. We cleaned their carpet and clean whole house for them without complain.

The place that we were moved to was very dirty. broke windows, hot water facet serious leaking upstairs, huge noise when turned on the shower. Dirty bed cover...... We do understand the house was built-in 1948, we could enjoy the charm of the old house, but can not tolerate the poor of cleanliness. This is not fair for any visitors who paid for the cleaning fee but stayed in a place like that. This is our first time to lake tahoe, the place we rent left us bad impressive

The rental hadn't been cleaned; popcorn kernels on kitchen and dining room floors; dirty dishes in cupboards (dried food, and wafflemaker was covered with dried waffle batter); carpets were stained (one of the carpets leading into one of the two bathrooms looked like it had an eleven inch in diameter bleach spill), comforters and pillow shams were stained, dirty with spilled food, and covered with animal hair. Only plus was that the girls in the office seemed genuinely sorry about the whole thing. This "Tahoe Adventure" happened last Summer (2018) during the "Ferguson" fire, when South Lake Tahoe

If you are a foreigner or J1 do not contract with this company, you will regret it. They took up a lot of our security deposit when we returned the house. They always avoid our messages regarding our deposit, and told us the delay of the return was for some repairs, when they gave us part of the deposit with the charges, all of them where made as soon as we gave the house and not 2 months later when they returned part of the money.

We had the worst experience..they placed us in a house that was old and looked unattended. Garage door broken ,dresser drawers broken ,bed was torn , stove was not working and one small TV in the living room that did not work . We paid the same price as the rest and were told that we would be reimbursed but up to this date we have not received anything. I am very disappointed and will NOT use TRC ever again. I hope this does not happen to you on your family trip. They lied to us just to get us out of there without having to lose out. I believe that if you tell your client that they will be reimbursed

A a property owner, I have fired them. First, their monthly fee is 2-3 times as much as other quotes I have been given as I search for a new property management company. My experience is that TRC is disorganized and inefficient and that from the top down there is an office culture that is anti-customer service and dismissive. They are hopelessly inefficient. As of this writing, they have taken 25 days and counting to clean and repair a rental so I have had an apartment lying empty for almost one month. They are very hostile if you ask any questions that requires them to do work. Emails are lost
