I couldn't be more happier! My poorly built custom laptop (just my opinion) battery expanded and my laptop would turn off at the slightest bump because of it. 3 years I've had this issue. The people I bought it from wouldn't help me. Took a chance with him being close and good reviews and they wasn't lying.
I HIGHLY recommend him. He even cleaned up my laptop fans and it sounds so quiet again. Only took a day to help me, thankfully. The longest wait was waiting for Amazon to ship my part. I'm really glad a place like him exists and is so close. Pictures of my old battery making my laptop mousepad

I have never been there. I have tried going in there today when the hours said 10am-6pm and I tried calling them. They never answered and there is no voicemail to leave a message and if there was, why would I still hear the phone ring after 1 long minute? Anyways, I went there at around 3:30pm to check it out and to get my laptop fixed. AT 3:30 YOU ARE STILL SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN! They were closed. If they went to lunch, they should have put a sign up saying they will be back at whatever time. They never did and that is unprofessional. I see people give this a good rating but it's not worth

As a gamer, I spend probably 85% of my life on my gaming laptop. On Wednesday 1/6/2021 my laptop broke down because the hard drive was corrupted. I brought my laptop in on Thursday to get it fixed and checked out and he was able to fix it really fast and get it back to me on Saturday. I really appreciate their help, I forgot his name but if I ever encounter any issues with my tech I will come to them from now on.

Excellent service! Actually know what they are doing with a computer. Friendly, honest, and helpful. I took in a system for diagnosis and ended up having them put together a custom system. Brandon let me know where I could cut cost without cutting performance, and explained everything he did, including showing me pictures of the work in progress. I also brought in a laptop to be cleaned, and he not only cleaned it up very well, he also checked the screws on the case. Will definately use them again!

Brandon completely knew what to do when I told him about the blue screen error I was getting every time I turned on my computer. The turn around time was less than a day. I would drive from anywhere in Colorado Springs to come to Data Techs again as I know I'm going to be taken care of and he will go above and beyond what is required to fix the problem. You can't beat his prices and his craftsmanship is top notch. I will forever be a loyal customer because he seriously saved me from buying a new PC!
