Another a 5-star review for Carre St. Andre and Sage Real Estate! We looked for a home in Julian for two years and Carre never once complained about how many appointments she set up, the number of houses we walked through, or how long it took. She wanted us to find one we'd be happy in and gave her time and best effort until we did. Carre negotiated a win-win price and a smooth transition period with the buyers and we closed with no major surprises or complications. We have a wonderful home, thanks to our professional, amazing real estate agent.

I just bought my dream cabin - built in 1925! This woman is so smart and patient and protective and well connected and wonderful - she guided this rookie through all the possible perils, educated me, hooked me up with a fantastic home inspector who specialized in older homes and in the end shared by joy in starting my rehab project. I cannot recommend her enough. Ethical is her middle name, too. I cannot wait to work with her on my next project. She truly is the Best Realtor in Julian.
