With a Master's Degree from UCLA, Allison is a former research librarian with a passion for assisting her clients in their search for the perfect home or property. A resident of Julian since 2004, she raised her children in the back country and lives on an oak-studded 4.25 acre parcel near town. Allison has 35 years of experience with vacant lot purchases, custom home building, property flipping and rental property purchase and management.
Recently Erika has joined Orchard Realty as a Licensed Agent after working for three years as Deborah's assistant. She is detail-oriented, timely, professional, and has, in a short time, become well-versed in the nuances of the real estate market. She has an innate ability to connect with her clients, going out of her way to ensure their buying or selling experience is smooth and worry-free.
Nicole McMillan is a second-generation Julian native raising the third generation of her family in her hometown. She has over 10 years of experience in both land and residential real estate and possesses an extensive knowledge of Julian and the surrounding back country. Allison was our realtor and she did a really good job she helped us with everything we need in regards to setting up the loan And getting the homeowners insurance in regards to living up here in Julian. She also helped us find a local handyman to fix the various things that we needed in the house it's really kind of old. Allison went above and beyond what one would expect from a realtor she truly is an ambassador to the Julian area.

Our experience with Erika at Orchard Realty was excellent. We chose Orchard based on a referral to list our vacant land. Deborah was the listing agent and Erika was our contact. The steep property had challenges of access and moderate vegetation growth and required finding landmarks. Erika joined us in the field to search for those landmarks and property line markers.
