Hele Fitness!! Justinn the warehouse manager was super helpful. He helped me out over the phone with some assembly, and with getting the right gear. Picking up was really easy, fast and smooth. They have great prices. This is really great equipment, for any kind of gym. I will definitely be buying from here again... probably sooner than later.

I ordered the Ku home gym package and a few other items. Ordering online was super easy, I had a question about an online program I bought and they responded immediately and even followed up. I was able to pick up the same day. Justin helped me set up my pick up time, gave me directions after I missed the driveway, and loaded everything into my vehicle. He loaded everything perfectly and refused to let me help. I’m still putting my stuff together but I can already tell how high quality it is. Had a great experience purchasing equipment at the Hele Fitness warehouse. This place has really quality gym equipment, something I never expected to find on this island. I ended up purchasing their black cerakote barbell. The quality felt just as good maybe even better than other Rogue bars I've felt, but at a cheaper price! I also own a lot of their bumper plates as well. Was helped by Justinn who made me feel welcome and was willing to answer any of my questions and helped me find what I need. Will be back for more equipment when I expand my gym.

We walked in and were instantly greeted by Justinn, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He showed us several setups available and answered all our questions politely and professionally. We purchased our equipment during the veterans day 15% off sale. The day we purchased our gear we were able to take home all weights and barbells. Since I choose not to get vaccinated I have not been allowed into a gym since September, and the nonsensical mandates are probably going to go on forever. Super happy with service. Paul was fantastic, got a text following up a couple hours after I ordered and I was able to confirm that the order can be shipped to Maui. Being on the neighbor island, I'm used to delays, so even though Paul apologized for taking about a week, my order actually came in faster than I thought it would. Paul texted and let me know when the plates were shipped, with pictures which was fantastic because I knew exactly where and what to look for in the cargo container. Picked up some plates today. Easy drive up and pickup. Fast & friendly service and the plates are so nice! Definitely will pick up heavier ones if I can graduate from the ones I got.
Look out for their sales. Can't comment on the racks or other equipment because I did not purchase anything else but the bumper plates are awesome. Sold in pairs or in sets. Good quality so far. Happy with my purchase.

Went to Hele Fitness this past Saturday. I called them to find out what time they were open. I was told by Justinn that it was by appointment only, but allowed me to come by. Since I live in town, of course there were traffic. I arrived 5 minutes before closing and he totally accommodated me. Justinn was knowledgeable with what I needed and was very professional the entire time. I felt like a kid in a candy store! I'll definately recommend Hele Fitness to anyone who wants to workout!

Got a barbell and a few plates just to use at home. I had to wait some time for the equipment as their shipments were running late--I don't think it was their fault, I think their supplier was having issues. When I came to pick up the equipment I ordered, it was super quick and easy. There was no one else there at the time, so I got my things in 5 minutes. The quality of their equipment is great, and I may order more in the future. I just hope there won't be shipping problems this time!

Been Using Hele's equipment since I was in high school. Even some gyms have their equipment as well which I love. Due to the pandemic gyms were closed so I decided to invest and create my own home gym. I participated in the Halloween sale and ordered the Kanaka Package and picked it up yesterday afternoon. Hele promised that this package would be available for pick up before the end of the year and it was, which I was super excited about. The gym equipment pick up is located in Kaneohe so it's a bit of a drive from Waianae which I didn't mind at all. I ended up arriving 30 minutes

Horrible customer service! I'm very disappointed in how they went about my pick up today. I had an original appointment time at 1:30pm. I arrived early and waited. Called a few times even. No answer. I checked my email and had an email (40 mins prior to appointment time) saying my appointment was canceled and rescheduled for 4:30pm. I stayed in the area instead of driving home. Came back at 4:00pm and waited until 5:00pm until finally giving up. Another attempt of calls. Even asked the nice guy next door if I was in the right place and he said yes. Don't anticipate getting your presales on time. We ordered our plates and bar back in April.. informed that we would get it in June and after many push backs.. we still haven't recieved it (it's now nearly the end of July). I understand the set backs due to COVID, however don't continue to advertise presales when you have mismanaged your current shipments. I'm a total advocate for local businesses.. this however is disappointing.

I love this company! I was in dire need of gym equipment because mines is currently packed up with my household goods and Hele fitness did the trick. I ordered online and within a day they called me and asked me what time I'd like to pick up my hex bar. The process was super easy and the pick up was super efficient. The hex bar was super well made (welding looks great). The only thing I was sad about was part of their logo fell off while I was unwrapping it from its package. I would buy here again!
