At the Villages Rehab & Nursing Center, we offer a wound care program that focuses on providing quality care for complex or difficult-to-heal wounds. Our certified wound care clinicians are thoroughly trained and provide effective treatment. The Villages has a dedicated wound care physician that rounds as often as necessary to meet your needs and develop your treatment plan.
The Villages 120-bed skilled nursing facility offers a full range of support services in a caring, residential setting designed to meet the physical, emotional and social needs of each resident. We offer a broad program of ancillary services beyond physical/rehabilitation therapy, occupational therapy and speech pathology, all directed toward maintaining or improving the emotional, physical and functional capabilities of our residents.

Tiffany is ALWAYS there when I need her! She helps me pick up the pieces when I'm having a bad day. She does it all with kindness and compassion. Thank you Villages Rehab for hiring such a wonderful therapist!! Danielle the CNA works really hard and pays attention to detail. She takes charge while being sweet the whole time.

TAKE YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS ANYWHERE BUT HERE!
This is the kind of place you worry about when you are forced to send your loved one to a place for rehab.
Listen to the reviews. These people are not lying or exaggerating. This place needs to be shut down
It seems that the only people who do well here are those who for the most part can take care of themselves. I am not even convinced that they are doing well here.
My dad had a major stroke. He cant move half of his body. He has a feeding tube and he cant completely speak clearly. You have to listen closely and he has to repeat himself often. He

This place gave a nice presentation overall care from staff below satisfactory. Entering the facility front desk staff did not acknowledge our presence assumed were there for employment. Used restroom staff was gossiping throughout the common area including foul language. Asked to speak with administrative managers who were not available waited for an hour no response. Left with no intent to return

My Dad is currently a patient at The Villages Rehab and I want to thank the staff for being so incredible, professional and attentive to my Dad. The patient portal was easy to access and updated in real time allowing my Dad and our family to keep up to date on all his medical conditions. Everyone has been kind and attentive and the facility is a beautiful and welcoming place.

Facility runs at it's upmost best. They worked me very hard at physical and occupational therapy. Special thanks especially to Justin and Kelly. However, all the therapists here deserve a special thank you! The whole experience was positive. I would definitely reccomend. Also made some great friends!

The therapy staff is great. They are awesome.
The support staff nurses, CNAs, food all terrible. Unclean facilities, extremely understaffed. Had to wait 20 hours for pain medication. Refused to wash patients unless the patient has an assigned day. I asked for a different meal & I was refused any more food. I had to go find management in charge of a Friday night to get a grilled cheese sandwich. Call bells are not answered in a timely manner. Mine was on for 45 minutes before someone came to help me. Patients are left in the lounge calling out & staff walks right by them. Then is no resource to

If I could give 10 stars I would. My dad was placed at The Villages Rehab after a fall. Debbie, you and your staff have always helped me and my sister to re-focus on his best interest and you do so with kindness, understanding and compassion. It has given us a great peace of mind to know he was in a place where there are people that truly care. Thank you for the continuity and for the exceptional care you provided to my dad.
