Every time I go to get nail supplies at this store I'm always reminded why I shop online for nail supplies. I wanted to support my local store but I'm tired of being racially profiled. Today when I went to this store I'm asked if I had a license. Why do you need to ask me when it says this on the front door.. Do you think I can't read? Then I'm asked if I'm in their system. If I say yes I have a license and I say yes have I been here before. Why do you need to ask if I'm in your system. When I say I've been here before that means I'm in your system.. I guess Since they couldn't find a reason

This store has always been a bad experience when I come in. Today I came in and when I got to the register she looked me up and down and frowned her face with no mask might I add. When she told me the price I knew she didn’t give me the licensed professional price because I have been here before and never paid $12 for the gel I bought I have always paid $6-8. There used to be a lady that worked here last summer and she was extremely nice and open to everyone. As an African American nail tech it’s already hard in my industry and mainly because I go in these stores and get the “oh you do nails”

Absolutely trash. treated me like TRASH. I walk in and no one greeted me, which is fine. I wasn't there to make friends so it was okay i got over it i said hello to them and went in with my business. As i was looking a man came up to me and told me i could not shop there. I was so confused and asked why he said because i don't have a license. I received a call from my bank about a fraudulent charge attempt on my card at this business. I immediately put a freeze on my card and contacted the store. They told me they received the risk warning from my bank and would not process the payment and cancel the order. They processed the payment anyway (almost $400). I've been calling for over a week and was told today that "sometimes people forget that they ordered nail salon equipment." I have never ordered nail salon equipment. And I would remember if I ordered almost $400 worth of supplies. I consider this theft and have reported

Unfortunately, that how Asian people run their business has no professional or their skilled level in conducting of the business. The owner who run this business need to go learn or get training how to be treat the Customers, she has no Customers services skilled at all..this is USA not Vietnam or China . So, she need to treat Customers more loyalty. Customers bringing business to her, not come here for good will free donations places. When people buy walk out the store no return it's back??? Placed an order online. Paid for overnight shipping only to receive the order 8 days later. Moreover, I didn't receive my entire order. I've tried contacting them multiple times but they refuse to rectify the situation or refund what I paid for shipping. So now I've had to contact the attorney general in Tx as well as my bank to file a dispute. Be very wary of this trash company. I wish

They take advantage on the scare of Corona Virus crisis and triple charge for the price of the masks they are selling. On Jan 27th around 3:00 pm I called to order a Box of Masks, one of the Employee told me they are out of the Box but only have a type with plastic cover the pack with $6.00/pack, so I order ten pack and will pick up today Feb 3rd, they agreed and told me to save them for me. Guess what? we drove 4 1/2 hr from Arkansas to buy the supplies from them and what they told me that they didn't take my order and I may talk to some other store, and the price right now is $20.00/pack
