This was honestly one of the worst nail experiences I've had. The guy that did my nails made both of my big toes bleed and he was way too aggressive. I worked hard on growing my nails out so I could get an overlay and he filed my real nails down with the motor file under the acrylic to the point where half of my nails are gone. Not to mention the acrylic that is stuck on my skin because it's too painful to remove. I am very disappointed with your services and I will never allow him to do my nails again.

This used to be my go to nail place because there was never a wait and a pretty sweet reward system however ITS NOT WORTH IT. The first time I went they took their time and I left happy. The second, third, and fourth time (apparently I do not learn)) they rushed and left my nails looking horrible. I wanted dip--but there was always something wrong when I left. I was in a hurry, and I needed a pedicure really bad so Kim hook me up. I told her that I need to get out of there before 8:30 and she did just that, but I realize that I need to be out before and she really took care of me. I would go back to her again, but I did return the following week to get a refill on my nails...That was a disaster. It was a older gentleman that did my nails and the looked horrible. Went Friday to get a mani and pedi which was a disaster. Went this evening to get my nails fix which look fine, but when I asked him to fix my toes that his employee did a horrible job on the owner told me I came In a few weeks ago causing issue. I go to a shop on 21st and Yale and this is what I get for cheating on them. He kept telling me yes, you are her. He never apologized for my time. Absolutely loved going here. It was my first time at a nail salon in the Tulsa area and it did not disappoint. I came in around 5:30/6 on a Sunday which was amazing. They got to me as quickly as they could and did a great job. It only took about 40 minutes without the wait, which is the fastest I have ever had my nails done with getting dip. They turned out beautifully and I couldn't be happier. The only reason I rate this 4 stars instead of 5 is because my nails were very slightly (and I mean VERY) different lengths and I had one nail that was filed a little oddly and not quite the right

Went to Rio Nails with my daughter, who is getting married this Saturday, and her Maid of Honor. My daughter has Cerebral Palsy and is wheelchair bound. We had first tried to get pedicures and manicures at another mall shop, Avalon; and they refused service to my daughter in the wheelchair. They said they would do two pedicures but not hers. Then they had the nerve to ask "Why can't she walk"? We politely walked out.

I went in three days ago and got acrylics and it was okay. They charged me $25 which seemed fairly cheap. The only problem was that the edges looked bad the top of my nails on some were really thick.
Unfortunately one of my nails broke within 24 hrs so I went back and got it fixed and she fixed the other issues. New nail and new nail polish and she only charged $5.
Really fast and they seat you immediately. I got done with the full set in like 30 min.

I had a unhappy experience with my nails badly done and my fingers getting injured. I don't seek pity from others but I do want to tell you what truly happened in order to warn others that this Rio nail place isn't safe or clean enough for you. So, if you have a min and want to hear me out, keep reading:
This guy who did my nails claimed to have 14 years of experience. Nevertheless, his efforts severely disappoints me. When I asked him to draw a simple star on the nail, he replied that he didn't know how to. What's WORSE, he not only fail to clean and cut my nail edges

This has been my exclusive nail salon for almost a year. I get a shellac manicure every 3 to 4 weeks with Mary, and she is the absolute best, hands down (pun intended)! You can go as a walk in, or schedule ahead (weeks or just hours). They always have plenty of nail techs in hand so there's usually no waiting. They will even offer you free bottled water during your appointment. Extended hours is a huge plus in my book! Where else can you show up at 8pm for a mani or pedi?
