So my sis in law and I went to get our nails done today. I got a reverse ombre coffin nails. They turned out great but my sis in laws did not. They did not put glass on one hand and one nail had a hair on in the clear coat. The shape was good but the paint job was awful. There was a bubble in another as well.

Spa Avalon is an okay nail salon. My friend and I went there to have our nails done on Thursday June 25th and by the time our nails got finished they were not the right shape, they were rushing to the point where it took 10 mins for my friends nails to be done and 20 for mine. Not even a week later my nail broke in the middle of playing a game and my friend and I went back there and the lady was very rude. I told the lady that my nails were lifting and she goes "it's because you have a short nail bed." I explained to her that I have never had that problem with any acrylic nails before

After choosing a color from a disorganized, small shelf, I received the least relaxing and most awkward manicure experience I've ever had. It was rushed and unsanitary, and the employees were beyond rude and not the least bit helpful. I spent thirty minutes with my hands under a dryer that they failed to even turn on. The polish was lumpy, transparent, and sticky and came off in stringy chunks after a short hour and a half. My hands also felt incredibly dry afterwards. My sister's polish also came off, and so we returned for a much needed touch up. There was a sign in the store that declared

I was satisfied with my pedicure, BUT my acrylic nails were not done properly. He left acrylic under my nails and when I came back to get them fixed he said to come back in 30 mins. I am from out of town and was heading out to a wedding. I paid a ton of money for the services I obtained and being blown off like that did not sit well for me. I will not be coming back to this.

I will never return here. The nail tech rushed through my nails to the point that my nail color was spotty, she did not have me wash my hands or make them look good.
The worst part is when I told her I was not pleased she just told me to go dry my hands and she didn't care. When I was done drying I still wasn't happy and went to the desk to pay and informed two other workers that I wasn't happy. The first one looked and could tell I was right and then called what may have been his boss over to look. He then came over and tried to convince me that it was my nails and they had light

Went to Avalon Nails at Woodland Hills Mall in Tulsa this morning for pedicures and manicures for myself, my daughter who is getting married this Saturday, and her Maid of Honor. My daughter has had Cerebral Palsy since birth and is wheelchair bound. They rudely declined service to her but said they would do the other two pedicures and manicures. I asked if they could just trim her toenails and polish them, the woman said no then loudly said said "Why can't she walk"? We politely left and went to Rio

I have been a loyal customer for years! I'm flying to Florida the next day for vacation so, naturally I went to visit my favorite nail salon. I arrived at 6:30pm asked for a mani/pedi. They said sure! I was seated quickly and they started immediately. Walked out at 8:05 pm with ONLY a pedicure saying they had NO TIME to do a manicure. My mother and I were the only ones there and there were PLENTY of staff. Why didn't they just do my manicure while I was getting my pedicure done??? I came in for Shellac. Average pricing. But, it's so thin you can see through the paint. My nails were not fully dry when she finished so my nails are kind of dull looking and were tacky for the rest of the day (because she put lotion on immediately after). I have shellac under my thumb on my skin. The place could have been cleaner. There was nail polish spots all over the station I was at.

Great place to get a manicure!!!
They are very detailed when it comes to getting a mani/pedi. They are overpriced. But that might be because they're located inside the mall
They lack customer service.
The language barrier is pretty bad, but if ur just there to get things done, its ok . Dont expect a conversation. If ur lucky they crack a smile...

I stopped in on Sunday for a fill & gel polish. After we left my right thumb, pointer & index nails felt "gooey". Later that night all three nails had partially peeled and another on the left hand. I went in to get a repair and, while they did repair, I was not spoken to other than Go wash your hands. The next morning, ALL THREE of the repaired nails have chipped and the gel polish peeled off in sheets. I feel like going in for ANOTHER repair will be useless. I will NOT be back.

Part 2 I had to go back to get my toes fixed because they didn't use glue to put the jewels on and the manager comes up to me and asks me what I want. I had previously called the night before and was told to come back to get my nails fixed or a refund, then I get there to be greeted by a rude atrocious manager! I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!!! I came in for a shellac manicure and French tip pedicure . I had no wait and was instantly seated in the spa chair for my pedicure. The guy did a great job and I was moved to the main area for my manicure. This time he didn't do so well on my nails as I had to tell him he missed a spot on the side and little things like that. Well then he did the shellac and as I was paying I noticed multiple bubbles and bumps all across my nails . I was charged $60 (my tip not included ) which I consider comparable to most places . I'd come come back for a pedi but shellac ? No thank you .

I was greeted immediately upon entering and was seated( wish I had more time to look at the designs and colors they offer) I got a full acrylic, rounded nails for $25. I was only there for about 45 minutes which is pretty good. I like my nails, I'll more than likely come here again for a fill when needed, I haven't been able to find a good nail salon since I moved from California. This place was pretty clean and friendly. They also have a tv inside, but it was on a sports channel.
