Congratulations on taking one of the first steps in creating change in your life and relationships. I know change can be scary so let me start by telling you a bit about myself. I am a Clinical Member of American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and have served as a board member and past president for the Long Island chapter of the New York Association for Marriage & Family Therapy.
Each session is $80. Fee is due at the time of service. There is a fee for any returned checks. I am also an in-network provider for Aetna, United Behavioral Health, and Oxford. If I am not a provider for your insurance carrier and you have "out-of-network benefits" I am happy to provide you with a statement to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
