Kenneth G. Lent, LCSW-R is a certified and licensed clinical family therapist. He received his Bachelors of Psychology from Stony Brook University and his Masters of Social Work from Adelphi University. He is a member of the National Association of Social Workers.

As a Health Coach/Holistic Practitioner, I am your personal advocate for living an energized and passionate life. Initial Sessions are usually 60 minutes, then following ones are 45 minutes. Most clients are seen once or twice a week in the beginning, then, as time goes on, less frequently. The number of sessions depends on the nature. The length of time a client is in counseling depends on the nature of the issue and the goals of the counseling.
