I have had great experience here, I drive an Audi q5 and they are the only people in town that have my oil and filters! I’ve been in multiple times to get my oil changed and I don’t plan to ever go anywhere else. Jim at the front desk is very good at explaining everything to me! Always quick service, and they do top offs for free!

Recently moved and lost the mechanic I'd be going to for years. Searching around I found this place and it's great! Staff is super nice and it doesn't feel like they are trying to rip you off on anything. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest mechanic!

We have used My Auto Works several times and will continue to do so. They are up front with you about what repairs need to be done and will tell you if something is not necessary. They also give great advise and act as an advocate if you need to go work with a dealership I highly recommend them.

Wonderful repair shop. My truck is almost 20 years old and was inherited. They did a ton of maintenance in a very quick period of time. Very friendly and helpful, super great to work with and totally fair price. They walk you through everything they plan on doing and even the invoice was in order of importance so if I needed to split up the repairs the important stuff could get done and I still had an idea of what other stuff might need repairs. We decided to get it all done with them right away and the truck drives great. Never had an easier time at a repair shop. 10/10 would recommend, i will

I was visiting family from southern California and I needed an oil change. Ted, the service advisor, is very friendly and knowledgeable. Best prices around! The mechanics who were doing work on my car are also very friendly. Complimentary safety inspection if yoi have them work on your car, which is a big plus since I had a long drive back down to home. I recommended them to my family, who live locally, to go to them if they need work done.
It's a small shop, so you know you're getting a more personalised service. I'll definitely come here again the next time I visit Washington

When I first moved to Amboy, I asked the local people where to go to get my car service, they ALL said that My Auto Works in Woodland. I was quite surprised because normally our locals like to keep it locally. I have been going here since 2017 and I'm not going anywhere. EVERYONE here is so amazingly nice and helpful.
I don't know much about car but my little red hot is still running great. So 5 stars for My Auto Works of Woodland...

These guys are beyond amazing!
Our car broke down on I-5 south.....fan blew up and punctured the radiator in our Jeep...AAA towed us here. Kevin assessed the damage, ordered parts and had us up and running in 4 hours on a Friday afternoon. Great guy....explained everything to us clearly. Couldn't have had a better experience!! We are so appreciative!

Had a breakdown with my car on the highway headed north. The exhaust pipe broke off under the car and was hanging. Was towed thanks to AAA to this shop. The next morning it was fixed first thing at a very affordable price. So many thanks to this shop for repairing my car so quickly. Was able to make my appointment at he Canadian border. Thanks again.

I've had several vehicles worked on here and have always been happy. They've worked in my Motorhome, Suburban and another Suburban. They also worked in my dad's car. They have gone through a lot of people though so I don't know if it's better now or not. I just got my Motorhome back last week from them. All good.

Let me assure you that with the changes that have been made at My Auto Works, I have complete confidence in working with them. My 2001 Kia, with 268,000 miles on it quit all forward motion while driving on I-5, about an hour from my home. It was towed to My Auto Works as per my insurance coverage, not my choice. BUT, they were able to help me make decisions about what to do next and let me take time to make my decisions. Ron was very helpful in calming my angst--after all 15 years with the same car makes it hard to accept the relationship is over. But it all worked out the best it could under

DANGER TO TRUST MY AUTO WORKS! Don't be a fool go elsewhere! This shop has taken advantage of my father a disabled elderly man. They couldn't even get an alignment right. Cost my Father 4 brand new Full sized truck tires NOT CHEAP!
They said they completed reairs to a truck of mine and left out nuts to my differential! DANGER!!! (I posted pictures to my facebook page.)
They say they have towing but left my family stranded on the freeway! Because of their faulty workmanship after promising they were christians and would have an ASE Certified Technician do all the work! Thank you wifey

This place is GREAT it's like having a family member that is a mechanic!! They are so honest!!! I thought my vehicle needed major repairs an it turned out to be a $10 problem they had an approval from me to spend up to $500!!! It is so rare to find a shop like this that is willing to go the extra mile and not have their hand in your pocket the whole time. Thanks Auto Works!!
