This location is amazing! After calling multiple service places before the holidays, Gaynor's was able to fit me in last minute to check on an oil leak in my car. They were so incredibly nice and helpful and extremely quick. The problem was something small, and they were excited to give me the news. I will definitely choose them again! Thank you so much!

Tommy has a great crew. On two seperate occasions I'd contacted him on behalf of my mother, to try and get the best service for what her needs were. Both times he came through. He said drop off the car, and his guys will take a look, and fix any issue's.

My car couldn’t start all in a sudden about two months ago. AAA helped me and got me into this place. They replaced the starter and battery. Although later I learned it was overpriced, I was okay with because we needed the car ASAP and they fixed it within two days. The reason I gave a one star because after two months, the battery wasn’t working probably so I brought my car there again, and those guys in the office had bad attitude and didn’t care about my situation at all! Please avoid them! Just drive ten more minutes to the Salmonella Creek location and you can get much better service

Nice guys, I was impressed they could get me in the next day. I felt like they were a little expensive but to be honest I don't know the current prices of labor and parts so that was more of a feeling than anything else. Prices everywhere have been going up lately so I guess it would only make sense that their prices would probably too. I should note here that the bill was less than the estimate because one of the repairs turned out to be something different than what I had initially thought it was. I have always trusted Gaynor’s to do a great job. I have used them in the past and they are extremely efficient, the communication is great, and always do the job right the first time. l feel they are a bit expensive, but to be honest, I haven’t taken my vehicle anywhere else in a long time, so maybe they are more competitive than I think.
I guess the best doesn’t come cheap.

I reached out to this business via phone and spoke with a gentleman named Jose - specifically, I reached out to ask a question about a vehicle that this business serviced many years ago. The vehicle in question listed this business on its carfax as being the location where services were rendered. Mr. Jose was able to find service records on the vehicle and provided me with critical information about work that was done to the vehicle, ultimately saving me time and money in the long run. 2016 Kia Sportage with no warning or prior issues had the engine die on a hwy heading back from a hiking trip. After an attempted jump start we had it towed to Gaynor's Salmon Creek location over Memorial day weekend.
Called and left a message stating I believd my alternator had failed, also set an appointment online for Tuesday at 9am. No call was recieved by mid afternoon so I called and spoke with Kyle. At the time Kyle stated they also believed it was the alternator but could not find one locally and it would be a safe bet that the car would be done by Thursday. He indicated the charge

Great customer service! I had aproblem with my car shutting off when trying to start it. I brought it in and they had it for a cpl days when they said it was the key battery. I picked it up and it ran so well. I personally think they charged a fair price for the diagnosis and the fix. But after a week it started doing it again and i got frustrated thinking it was all over and was a simple fix. Anywho they had it for another day or two when they said i needed a whole new key programmed to the car. They cldnt program it themselves so they said i had to go to the dodge dealership to get a new key

Six months ago I bought a used Subaru. It was due for the all-important timing belt replacement, which is an 'it is what it is' job -- any competent shop has done hundreds of them, and I chose Gaynor because they're walking distance to my house.
When I picked the car up, they mentioned the rear brake pads were getting low, and would probably need to be replaced at the next oil change, and that I should plan on doing so.
Six months and 4,000 miles later, I'm back for an oil change and I mentioned

After reading the wonderful reviews, we took our car in yesterday. Very nervous about what the diagnostics was going to reveal. The car suddenly had these warning lights light up. Steering & brakes being the most concerning. The outcome turned out to be some system glitch. All was well. Now I'm sure you could imagine what we could have been told - you need major repairs. This time they forgot to put me in the schedule after I called, and the guy at the desk when I arrived was kind of unpleasant about it even though it was Gaynors' fault! Not impressed. BUT always impressed with the work. Just need some manners.

I'm impressed by the service here. Dropped my car off and had been having a lot of issues with my air conditioning. I immediately got a ride back to my house by an employee . After having my car for about 5 hours I anticipated an issue and coughing up a lot of money.
When I showed up it seemed to be an easy fix, free of charge and told be to check in again after 500 miles.

Being new to the Vancouver area, transplanted from Fresno CA just a few short weeks ago, the first thing I always do in a new area is 1) find a good Thai restaurant 2) find a good dive bar 3) find a good mechanic. I can now say I have found one of those three things.
Towed my BMW that suddenly would not start one morning to Gaynors On Saturday. They listend to me tell them all the troubleshooting I did, since I am not a noob around cars I did my due diligence before towing it off to the shop.
