Trust Pharmacy

Well compared to the other pharmacies I had one that gave me the wrong medication for 7 months so I would say trust Pharmacy I trust them and the minute I went to that they got me the correct medication and made sure with the doctor everything was clear first

I've been to alot of pharmacies and this was by far the worst. The staff is incredibly rude and make you feel like your bothering them. I called a week before my seizure medication was due to make sure the Dr called it in and to ensure it would be ready for me, when the day came to pick it up they hadn't even ordered it. When I switched pharmacies after this the new pharmacy informed me they could not fill the medication because Trust had already billed my insurance company for it even though I had never asked them to refill it and I am not on an automatic refill system. I had to jump through hoops

This Pharmacy use to be one of the best. Now they have a bunch of unprofessional and the rudest people working there. They make mistakes with the medicine No manners whatsoever and lack of common sense.

One of the best pharmacies in Yonkers NY but a little smaller than the other ones I went to.

I have encountered the most unprofessional, rudest customer service of my life. This worker called Jeeva has the rudest manners EVER. You can't even ask her to repeat a question she just asked without her looking at you like you have two heads.
I would have given zero stars if I could, never again.

I have the pleasure of coming to this pharmacy for many years. They treat me very nice and always take care of my needs. Sometimes my son forget to pick up my prescription on time and they always bring it to my house. I like them very much.

I just got off the phone with Jeeva was nice over the phone she apologized for her other coworkers mistake the other girl took payment off my card and never put it for delivery and I asked for delivery. The girl in the morning she was rude and was yelling at customers in the background. I will NEVER have my scripts sent here!!! 👎🏻

The lady at the counter with the black glasses was very disrespectful to me. Shes the pharmacists Daughter. She shouldn't be working with the public with such a terrible attitude. It was so bad i just walked. So please be careful when and if you ever go there.

My family and I use to come to this pharmacy all the time since we don't live more than 10 minutes away. Any who it started off great and as we become more frequent customers the store clerks become more ruder....and it go to the point where they were messing up medications...i even spoke to the owner which he tried to fix...but the boiling point came when my mom dropped a prescription for medicine she urgently need since she had just come out from the ER and they told her it would be ready in 20 minutes. we went to pick it up like an hour later...and the clerk had no idea where it was than they

Trust Pharmacy is THE best pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They deliver, and if you are in an jam and need something urgently, they try hard to work to accommodate you. They are very friendly, and most of all, honest and ethical. They really care about their customers. I had prescriptions filled there for my dog because big chain pharmacies wanted three times the cost, and they were a godsend for me on several occasions.
