Joe, a vital member of our property management team is an accountant, licensed real estate agent and licensed contractor with nearly 25 years of experience in property management for community associations, commercial properties, and real estate investors. He has extensive experience in construction project management and has helped many communities with financing solutions and settlement of large insurance claims.
AR Management Company is proud to serve three Habitat for Humanity Communities in Morris County. Working together with Morris Habitat for Humanity to maintain and enhance these properties has been and continues to be a pleasure of AR Management. Habitat for Humanity is known for bringing people together to build homes, communities, and hope.
Every property is inspected on a regularly scheduled basis to ensure that property maintenance requests and work orders are being handled effectively and efficiently through our NJ property management services. We supervise all contracted personnel to ensure that the quality of service delivered matches the expectations of the Board.

Very frustrating to work with them The Condo fees are high for Seasons Glenn and they make excuses for not getting things done like shrub replacement and also just trimming. They power wash and leave dirt in the windows and a big mess and forget about your guest cars! If you are involved in a transaction they drag their feet to take care of any inspection items and you have to beg. They hire the contractors but then control everything and it is not a good experience and requires repeated calls for the same things.
