I am a Social Worker at a skilled nursing facility who refers to this home health often! When residents discharge, I follow up with them and/or their families to see how services are going and multiple residents and families love this home health! Recently a family member raved about the staff and stated she recommends Human Touch to everyone. I know my residents are in good hands when I make a referral to this home health.
