Whether we are in your home or you in ours. Located off 309 North on 40 acres, your home is peaceful and open to the beautiful landscapes. We are a small community with private and semi-private rooms available. All meals and activities are included with our affordable rates. Since we strive on quality care, our rates are not based on needs; rather we base them on the room you choose.

Services
Skilled nursing is a service that can only be offered by licensed nurses. This treatment is a higher lever of care. Skilled nursing includes an array of many complex services including Rehabilitation, would and dressing changes, ostomy and ileostomy care and an ever changing health status. Whether you are receiving our services at home or staying with us at At Home At Parkland we can easily provide most all Skilled Nursing services.
Living independently or at At Home At Parkland you can have this benefit. Our nurses and therapists will come right to you and administer the high level of nursing care and therapy you need to get better. We have decided that the right and moral thing to do is not charge people more money for the rapid change of care needs.
We will come right to your door and bring all the assistive devices needed to aid in your recovery. We will handle obtaining any pre-authorizations needed and coordinating it with your insurance company. There is no need for you to reach out to them. Our therapists are fully licensed and trained with the most up to date practices.
While working in the Healthcare industry for over 15 years we felt the need to start a non-profit organization to help others in need to navigate the sometimes confusing and expensive world of insurance, healthcare, and end-of-life. At Home Palliative & Hospice Foundation was developed to help individuals and families off-set costs related to end-of-life care and costs related to living with a terminal illness.
