We currently live at Willow Square!! We truly enjoy living here. Connor and Kathy are SUPER wonderful people. Any issues they are MOST helpful and on top of everything. This place is very pretty and quiet. We enjoy the cleanliness and the effort that management puts into keeping this place safe and updated. 5 Stars!!!!!!!

Great spot in the middle of Clarence -great way to live in upscale apartments in the suburbs and stay close to down town Buffalo- easy access to transit road - Steph + Elli clothing a woman's boutique has great fashion finds; Murphy Browns has a large selection of craft beer to try and to take home- Baby Cakes only sells made the same day cupcakes and Canvas Salon is unique as not only do they provide organic products for their services they also feature local artists - not many options for renting in Clarence but this spot checks a lot of boxes!

This is a plaza with all sorts of things. It's fairly new construction, perhaps 3-4 years old.
This is where BabyCakes Cupcakery is, which is why I'm here once or twice a year. I love her cupcakes.
But also here is Murphy Browns craft beer. I assume that's not related to the TV show, but you never know. Very cute looking place. Then there is a massage place that's pretty big. The hair salon has a gallery in it. Then there is Steph and Eli clothing, randomly an orthodontist and a pharmacy.
The eclectic grouping of options likely leads to plenty of cross business

Very nice town homes but unfortunately, not insulated correctly due to the fact that we hear our neighbors kids running up and down the stairs and sounds like they move around furniture in there all day long. For the price you pay I would have thought that this wouldn't have been an issue but once again it unfortunately is. Please do in depth research before deciding on a place.
