Worst management ever. I should give no stars. My husband and I are renting an apartment in Coventry, on the day of our move in the apartment we had wet carpets. The smaller room had pet pee on the floor, stinky closets and light at the entrance of the main door was never fixed. We kept contacting the management time and again to get the carpets replaced but they agreed to partially replace and partially clean it. The issue was not resolve though, my husband has his work station in the room where there was pet pee and he developed small boils on his leg. We went to the doctor for this issue and

Tried to go here and apply, but they declined our application. Which is all fine and dandy, but I wanted to talk to them about it and ask why. (They wouldn't give a reason) Because it might have been something able to be changed. Or I might have inputted something wrong. Instead I was ghosted and always sent to voice-mail. They took my 100$ for the applications and just straight up ghosted me.
I spoke with another person who tried to rent here, too. And they had a similar experience. So I wouldn't recommend coming here. They are unprofessional and never get back to you. And never answer their

Be careful!!!
I want to share my experience and I hope it may help some of you. My advice is to keep your contract and letter of exact moving out date for at least 5 years. I lived there 5 years ago and I was sued for moving out earlier than my contract stated (I was on a monthly contract). I didn’t have my paperwork because it was five years and I ended up paying a little under three grand.

Not so luxury as advertised. Been here not too long and there insects spiders etc always finding their way into the apartment. The carpet after being cleaned if they are the apartment has a slight tart smell. Go for luxury without carpet and the fire place looks dated and has rust on it. Um no 👎 so for what you pay a pool and a clubhouse or free cable, means nothing if your not enjoying your apartment. At least u can opt out the lease if given notice to the house bosses. Better to save your money and buy a home. People need to post real experience. They must be getting the foreigners around

I love living here. Staff is very accommodating. We requested a few alterations before moving in, and they ensured everything was fixed asap and didn't give us any grief about it. Maintenance staff is also friendly and helpful. Parking is always sufficient. Apartments are very nice, everyone that enters our place is always very impressed by them. Yes rents are on the high end but seem reasonable when you consider this area and the school district (one of the best in WNY). My only negative view on Coventry Green is that I wish there was someplace for my kids to play. They have a nice dog park but
