The units are spacious enough and relatively nice however not as high end as the price they charge. The units are brand new but constructed so hastily that many tenants had multiple issues with their units from cracks in the wall, water leaks, improper venting of appliances, you name it. Overall not worth the money.
We rented during the construction phase so we knew there would be some growing pains however no discounts were ever offered for having no pool or gym that was promised or dealing with the non-stop commotion of construction. While on pricing keep in mind that they charge pet fees and

After reading some of the reviews I felt compelled to post.
I have lived at Waterford for about a year now. This is my 3rd rental locally in 2 years after selling my house. I don't plan to live anywhere else!
I have a 2 bedroom/2 1/2 bath unit. The master bedroom is ENORMOUS. I enjoy having the option of a bathtub or stand up shower, too.
The kitchen is large and beautiful. There's a lot of cupboard space and the stainless appliances and deep sink are a nice touch.
Concerns? Some minor ones that you'll get wherever you lease. A lot of them are out of the control of the landlord

I came on to write a review and share how pleased I am with my experience so far because a new neighbor moved in last week and said they were hesitant to move here because of the low ratings and such negative reviews. (They are happy they ended up taking an apt here). I have been living here about 9 months and I have to say I was surprised to see such a poor rating as I have not experienced any major issues at all. There was a fair amount of construction going on throughout the property at one point, but from what I can tell that has pretty much ended (with the exception of the pool which looks

We have lived here since December. Great location. We have only had 2 minor issues that needed to be addressed. The first being some siding that blew off during a blizzard and a clogged dryer vent. Both issues were fixed within 24 hours. Garbage situation mentioned previously has never been an issue for us. Looking forward to use the pool this summer.

I just feel compelled to review these after going thru the "open house". Pros: nice color scheme, good size bedrooms, granite counters in kitchen/bathrooms. That's it. Cons: not sure where to start. First of all you walk directly into the kitchen from the front, no foyer. Living area is small. No basement, very little storage space. Extremely overpriced for what you get! Nothing is included, not even water. Priced as a high end apt without high end features. The bathrooms have the cheap plastic liners in the shower/bathtub, not even tile. The faucet fixures are the cheapest moen
