Moonlight Manor Assisted Living Home LLC results from comprehensive research as to what was needed for superior quality care for the elderly and what was available in the community. After touring many assisted living homes to purchase one for our own business, we concluded that even though friendly folks ran some lovely homes, there was not one where we would have wanted to be placed should that need arise.
More often than not, residents were sharing a bedroom with another resident, and even when private bedrooms were available, they were still sharing a bathroom with several other residents. This was not the "feel" of the home we wanted to own and operate. In early 2007 we purchased an acre of land in Surprise's quiet yet convenient area and got busy with the planning and construction.

Moonlight Manor Assisted Living Home LLC is located at 1519 W Paradise Ln. Surprise, AZ 85374. We are off of Reems Rd. between Bell Rd. and Greenway Rd. Ideally, we are located on a quiet street yet close to Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center, many doctor's offices and clinics, shopping, banking, and entertainment.
Words can't express properly our appreciation for the loving care you and your staff provided Mom during her stay at Moonlight Manor. She lived above her expectation and was so grateful for the opportunity to live at your wonderful facility. May God continue to bless the wonderful work you do. Our family is so grateful for the wonderful three years Myrtle had with you.
All of our suites are private. The exception would be if a resident and a spouse that does not require any assistance choose to share the same room. In that case the non-care spouse would be on a separate contract for room and board only and would not count as one of our 10 residents but would be welcome to participate in any of the daily activities.
