Crystal Rose is a family owned assisted living home licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services. We provide long-term care for your elderly loved ones in a warm family atmosphere in Surprise, Arizona. Our home is licensed for 5 residents which guarantees a more personalized care with emphasis on each person's individual needs.
We have years of experience working with Alzheimer's and Parkinson's residents and our care home is licensed for all levels of care which means that if a resident's health declines they don't have to move to a nursing home. 2. Services
Dan and Elena Behringer have over 20 years of combined experience working with seniors and they have devoted 100% of their efforts to providing the best care possible to their residents. The seniors in their assisted living home are more than just residents to them, they are family. Their days are also brightened by their two beautiful little girls.
We make every effort to maximize independence, but we are there to provide any services needed. We aim to meet the mental, social, and physical needs of each resident. All residents are treated as being part of a family, but at the same time are given the privacy they need as an individual. We are located in Surprise, AZ just south of Greenway Rd and Litchfield Rd and only a few minutes away from Del Webb Hospital.
Thank you for taking such great care of my mom. When I took her to my house for dinner she could hardly wait to come back at Crystal Rose. All of you at Crystal Rose have been such a blessing for my friend in the last three years of her life. Even though my father's memory was failing him he seemed very happy and content in your care home.

At the latter stage at my grandma life she found peace comfort at this Wonderfully place Care givers gave her wonderful care she loved the food and special activity’s they had Loved that the owners came and was active in the home
I would recommend anybody that needs a care home to check them out

I’m so pleased with the professional mannerism Dan and Elaina have displayed. Their expertise, compassion, and special attention to details is wonderful. I had my father there at their home and he was extremely well cared for, it is like a family dwelling. I never one day worried I was concerned if he was cared for, loved, and except it.

Had mom in another home, but wasn't comfortable with the owner and caregivers.
Refferal by family physician and best decision was new home called Crystal Rose in Surprise Arizona.
Owners very good-hearted type people and caregiver that actually smiles too!
Food quality was home-made and mom actually gained weight and improved health.
TLC made the difference!!!

Crystal Rose provided the best possible care on earth for my beautiful mother. She became part of their family and lived over 10 marvelous years there!
My mother was given three months of life expectancy and was on hospice, but with Dan and Elena's great care mom lived another 9+ years.
I was referred by another family whose mother lived at Crystal Rose for nine years and appreciate their help in finding them!

I was an RN and very picky about placement for my mother. Crystal Rose Assisted Living Home checked all the boxes.
The care was superb with the quality of life my mom enjoyed was above my expectations!
Holiday parties had live music and buffet style home-made food. Birthday was a nice surprise with a trip to mom’s favorite restaurant Olive Garden.
