Services
I'm Hal Cranmer, owner of A Paradise for Parent's Senior Living. Like most of you, my interest in assisted living facilities came from my own personal experience. For many years, I worked in a traditional corporate environment, enhancing operations and processes. After service in the Air Force, I branched out into the real estate business.
Our home on Campbell Avenue received the 'Best Home in Goodyear AZ Award for 2019' from the website SeniorAdvisor.com. We are especially proud of the fact the award is given based on feedback from the families of our residents. All of the residents seem very enthusiastic about using a personal trainer, and it shows.
This beautiful home has all the amenities of our larger homes but was set up to be an affordable alternative. The residents here all enjoy home-cooked meals from scratch and similar activities to the other homes. And they are able to be here at a very reasonable price. Royal Paradise is one of two of our homes that is certified to accept Arizona Long-Term Care System (ALTCS) residents.
Our home on 164th Lane received the 'Best Home in Surprise AZ Award for 2019' from the website SeniorAdvisor.com. We are especially proud of the fact the award is given based on feedback from the families of our residents. With 18 years of experience in caregiving and 11 years of running this home, she has become a true specialist in residents with dementia and other memory care issues.
Our home on Banff Lane is a beautifully decorated home with many active residents. Families of our residents really love getting together on holidays and sometimes just for fun. Many of the families will bring over food to help prepare big meals, and eat at the table with all our residents. The caregivers at Banff really encourage a family atmosphere.

"Paradise for Parents" is by far the best nursing/group home we have ever experienced. My grandmother was at several other facilities and her health was declining, not until we moved her to Paradise did she flourish in this environment. This type of small group care facility feels more like a family then a nursing home. There are 10 residents and a core group of nurses with lead caretaker Lydia, they are all just fantastic with all the residents. The food is phenomenal and every meal is home cooked. I have been visiting my grandmother several times during dinner hours and you can see
