Molly's Rentals

This little beach cottage was absolutely perfect! It has a little beach path to the bay which is right behind the cottage. PB and all the amazing shops and restaurants are just across the street. The locations is exactly what we wanted.

The decor for this home was adorable! We felt right at home. Everything was super clean and welcoming!

Parking is tight but they are very open about this in the listing and we just Uber/Lyfted or walked everywhere.

Owner is very friendly and communications about check in, additional needs, and check out processes. We had no issues with anything and

Molly is the best! She is very responsive and professional. We had just finished our three and half months stay at her place on Diamond St. My wife and I are both loving the place and enjoyed very much the hospitality of the host and friendly neighbors! We definitely will return in the future!

Molly is an excellent host! My housemate and I stayed in a 2B/2B apartment which was fully equipped, sparkling clean, and quite! All the neighbours were wonderful! Molly has been incredibly responsive and helpful! I would definitely go back :)

Inaccurate Vacation Rental company. Rentals look nothing like pictures shown. More outdated and used items. Overpriced for what you get. Rude neighbors. Rude host. Will allow people access while staying in rental to grab stuff. No privacy and hugest list of rules

If you can avoid staying her I would strongly advise. Horrible stay experience. More than a few inaccurate listings.Rude and terrible customer service. Will definitely try to charge you extra when you checkout.
Edit: Of course Molly would disagree. She wants to keep on the fake façade. All her reviews are people she knows or the “Rude” neighbors mentioned earlier. Stay here at your own risk.

Molly was a gracious host, and we enjoyed our stay in this great location. Molly provided a comfortable home-away-from-home, and the location was perfect for easy access to everything (beach, dining, parks) while being in quiet neighborhood away from the busiest places. We will be back!

My husband and I love staying in Molly's rentals on Diamond St. in Pacific Beach. Close enough for easy access to the beach but also easy access to grocery stores, eating places, Starbucks.... perfect. Year after year, Molly is consistently an excellent hostess - she pays attention to detail and makes each unit warm, friendly and professional!

Me and my girlfriend stayed in the upper unit on Yarmouth Ct. and had a blast! The place had everything you needed and was clean and also very quiet at night. Steps to the beach and many bars/grocery stores nearby! Highly recommend!

Molly is very unprofessional, rude, defensive and not empathetic with her clients while they are on vacation. Be ware of the Solana Sanctuary rental, which costs about 10K for the week. All the "retreat" items (hot tub, waterfall, pool lights and pool filter) do not work. According to Molly, that's not her problem as long as she is "attempting" to repair broken items, according to the terms and conditions, Nos. 30 and 31, and would not refund any portion due to misrepresentation of advertised amenities for the whole week. I'm not much of a Yelper but when you find a host like Molly, you must let it be known. I go to San Diego quite a bit for work and have had plenty of good and bad experiences with rentals. Molly's Rentals was top notch. My first stay was so amazing from the minute I booked. She was so communicative and available for anything I needed. Our family enjoyed a fun weekend at Molly's hotel. That's what our 4 year old called it! She didn't want to come home. I'd say she loved her room the most. When we got home she told me she liked her room at home but she liked her new room at Molly's hotel better! It was such a great weekend. Molly was referred to my wife and I when we purchased a house in the Mission Beach area that we planned to use for vacation rental. From the very outset, Molly has been a star. What a perfect little spot! Close to amenities but far enough away from the noise of waterfront parties. We arrived to a cute little jump pad for our adventures and Molly was there to welcome us. She was amazingly accommodating the whole time. The included cruiser bikes were the perfect way to get around PB, and considering everywhere we looked bikes were $20/day that added immense value. Molly has though of everything: umbrellas, beach towels, even coozies. I can't say nicer things about our stay and we would definitely rent from Molly again. I stayed in one of Molly's Mission Beach rentals. The location was great- we were within walking of both the bay and beach. The cottage itself was clean, cute and had plenty of room for the three of us. There was also a great rental shop around the corner for bikes- or whatever else you may need at the beach. The restaurant nearby had a great full service bar and different happy hour specials everyday. Molly is a great host and we cannot wait to plan our next vacation.
