I have been coming to this shop for awhile although they are a little pricey. I never really had any problems until today. It was so rude how the owner walks over to me and tells me that I should start getting the $46 pedicure instead of the $33 pedicure. He tells me they charge by the minute (no one has ever told me this). I always get a basic pedicure because I don’t get wax or anything. He goes on to tell me “that’s why when I come no one wants to do it.” I told him I never ask for everything with the $33 pedi and I ALWAYS tip. I get the skin removed and polish every time, that’s it

Prices are a bit high 54.00 for a gel manicure ON MY NATURAL NAILS! and 33.00 for a pedicure that lasted all of maybe 10 minutes !! I won’t be going back I can get the same service somewhere else for a lesser amount ! However — the customer service is great! But That still won’t make me go back though !!

Make sure you ask for a menu of services because they try to nickle and dime you for every single thing when their base price is already super high. Costs to remove nails, even if it is to get a service done by them. Costs to shape your nails if you want anything other than square. They try to pressure you into so many other things. Nails don’t last. There are nail salons in every single shopping center in Atascocita, I sadly wouldn’t recommend this place.

I went in hoping to be in and out in about an hour. However that was not the case i got there at 5:20 and didn’t leave until 6:49 for just my nails!!! The lady that did my nails was so slow. My son was getting impatient because he was with me and I felt like just getting up and walking out because it was taking to long. The prices were outrageous I paid $59 for something so simple and so basic that I could have gotten done somewhere else. I do not recommend this place at all. Do not plan on going back ever!

I was pressured into getting services I didn’t want as soon as I walked into the door. After refusing to get some extra services in the front, I was taken to the nail technician who berated me for not getting shellac. I know my nails and have been getting medi/pedis for years. I felt like I was at a used car dealership. I couldn’t even enjoy it. Not to mention, while trying to sell me, the neglected the services I had already paid to receive for my daughter. I will never go here again. It was such a waste of time and money.

While the customer service is friendly, the job done is lacking. My toes look fine but she insisted they needed a shellac and I said no repeatedly and she did it anyway despite me pulling my toes out twice. The massage was lacking. The scrub felt nice, though. I asked for a basic manicure, no polish, she went to clip what little cuticle build up I had and got the side of my thumb instead. She buffed my nails to matte and asked me to wash my hands after. No shine. And said she was finished. I won't be going back. Should've never thought I'd try some place new. The cost of this place is ridiculous

This staff is so wonderful. I have had great pedicures and ok pedicures, but what really keeps me coming back is how friendly and kind the staff is. Be a regular and tip well! Would you want to be touching feet all day? They treat regulars like family. I just watched the technician help walk her regular, an elderly woman, out and tell her and her son "I love you!" As they left. It's so nice to see genuine kindness, espey these days. And Tim is a great nail tech! I usually come for Jenny, this is my first time with Tim, but he is really gentle, precise and attentive to detail.

They move fast and charge a lot. My 13 y/o daughter and I were looking for a little pampering so we decided to try this place. We were promptly seated and staff was friendly. We only spent abput 30 minutes in the chair. I got a basic mani-pedi combo and my daughter got the pedi with nails painted. The total was $110. No massage, no hot stones, no parrafin. A basic scrub and nail painting. We wont be back. 3 stars for the friendly staff.

This is a wonderful nail salon. The customer service is top notch. Lee, the manager, is such a friendly and high energy guy. You can tell he really takes pride in what he does! I've had the pleasure of having Jenny, Linda and Crystal give me pedicures and they are wonderful and don't skimp on service or attention to detail. I started coming here after Covid began affecting businesses, especially small ones. I think it's so important to invest in small businesses and I am proud to spend my money here. Every time I have definitely gotten what I have paid for, which is great attention and great work
