Stopped by yesterday for a pedicure. I should have left when I realized they weren't sanitizing between clients. The lady washed her gloves instead of putting on new ones. I have never seen anyone run soap and water over gloves....disgusting and unsanitary. The pedicure chair, armrest, and stations were filthy. The staff was nice but they really need to deep clean this nail salon.

This place is not the move, yes they're very nice, and the place isn't dirty per say, but unkept and could be a lot cleaner..(they don't sanitize anything in-between clients but the pedicure bowl). Also, I came prepared with 3 different design style photos, which they said they could deliver but after trying each style one by one (on one finger to see how I liked it), I quickly realized that they couldn't deliver to my liking. I came here for a regular mani/pedi and the nail tech convinced me to get gel manicure as it will last longer. She did a good job on my pedicure but then she handed me to someone else to do my nails. The other employee seemed very displeased and it seemed like she was not happy to “take another customer” she did a very sloppy job my nails. she was rushing and my nails look like they were painted on by a 10 yr old. Not only I had to pay extra for gel which they claimed will last long. But their products are so cheap that it’s only been 2 hours since i got home and it’s already chipped. So

This was by far my worst nail shop experience! When I arrived, I was greeted and asked across the room what I wanted. I answered and picked my color. Ask waiting 45 minutes, I was seated and she begin to work on me. She asked me multiple times the number of the shilac I would like. I answered each time. As she begin to glue the tips on, I noticed how sideways my middle finger was placed. I brought it to her attention and she immediately attempted to rip the glued nail off to replace it correctly. Ouch! I immediately asked her to stop bc it was very painful. I noticed my other hand was not straight

Never again ! Was horrible, my nails look like blobs.
I asked her if she could fix them and she only keot piling more powder on top. When i told her i didnt like them she screamed, "they are forty dollars!"
I regret giving them a chance just because they are in a good neighborhood. Horrible experience, dont know why they are still open.

My mom and I have been coming here since they opened several years ago. Everyone is so sweet and welcoming. Vivian does an amazing job every time. My mom and I were there yesterday and got their new collagen spa treatment on top of the mani and pedi- definitely recommend! My new star nails pictured below

I decided to get my nails done here regardless of the 3 star rating. I believe in giving benefit of the doubt. I was greeted & was attended to within 10min. I got SNS dip powder as I'm used to getting it all the time. She began filing my nails & they were uneven, I had to ask her to make sure they were all the same size. Once she put the final coat & let my nails fully dry, my nails had bubbles on 3 of my fingernails/ each hand. I asked her to fix them. Once she did fix them we let them dry again, once dry the bubbles were still present. This process was repeated 3 times on each

As soon as I walked in I was greater! I asked for a full set and was immediately seated. I wish I remember the ladies name that did my nails! She did such an amazing job. Powder nails always end up very thick but she was able to do them as thin as possible ! I loved it. I will definitely be returning!!!

a chance and I must say that I am nothing short of disappointed.
I went in for a shellac, pedicure, and eyebrow wax. About 10 minutes into my pedicure, I noticed hair all over the floor around the pedicure chairs. Quickly I re-evaluated my decision to have waxing services.
While the young lady doing my manicure was nice, she was very rushed. (Which I do not understand as the place had no other customers). I had to ask her to clean under my nails before painting them! Not to mention

NO stars. RACISTS!!! These people are unprofessional and unethical. Extremely poor business practices. My mother and I were racially profiled. The nail tech "CINDY" was too concerned with if I lived in the neighborhood and what profession I was in l, rather than giving me a TRUE refill. When I asked her to get the lumps out of my nail with a file...she was irritated... my thumb hadn't even been refilled properly because you could still see my cuticles I expressed dissatisfaction with her work, then was threatened with a call to the police if I we didn't pay - but we had intentions

They were nice to accommodate me as I was rushing to the airport but they did a poor job on my hands. It would have only taken a second longer but I didn't appreciate feeling so rushed. Also the hand technician didn't have much technique in doing a French tip.
I brought my own colors and they kept putting it in their drawers. I don't get why you need to put my colors in your drawers and then make me feel stupid when I ask about them? And since she put it in the drawer she forgot and almost used her own top and base.
