Jim and Lynn Deis moved to Sonoma County in 1989, leaving the Sierra town of Bear Valley where they had operated a general store, managed a condo association, and rented homes and condos to skiers. Jim, a Real Estate Broker, became a manager and part owner of Willow Creek Properties in Sebastopol. They also began property management of rural residential homes that has become the West County Property Management of today.
