I've been renting from Timely Property Management for 4yrs now and have been completely satisfied with their customer service! Recently the owners of our rental decided to sell the home we were in and we needed to find a new place fast! Little did I know that Timely had the perfect house for us and helped us seamless transition into a new rental and relieved the stress of finding a new place for our family! There haven't been many maintenance issues, but anytime I've called to report something, they've sent their maintenance person or a specialist out within 24hrs to fix our problem. The staff

After a year of dealing with this incompetent company I finally cut ties with them. Do your research people, there has got to be a better "management" company out there. I wish I looked around more! All they did was collect the rent and then take forever to deposit it to my account. In my opinion they have too many properties to look after, they couldn't provide the level of professionalism I was looking for. Frankly, I managed it my self with no experience from 3000 miles away for 3 years better then this trained team! If I never got that loan then I wouldn't been forced to hire a company to do

Timely Property Management is a great company. Timely has great real estate professionals, running the company and they are always at the top of their game. They always return my calls and they have one of the best maintenance crews in the area. They made my moving super easy. They were very professional and explained all the paperwork to me in easy terms. They are easy to talk to and they are always really helpful. I have referred everyone in my family and all of my friends to them, and all of them are very happy with their services. I have been renting from them since December 2014.

Whenever a maintenance issue has risen they have dealt with it promptly and followed up to make sure the job was completed to satisfaction.

I am a landlord and have used Timely Property Management for many years. They have always found the most qualified tenants for our properties. If there is a problem it is handled asap and have experienced maintenance workers that know what needs to be done at a reasonable expense.
When we have a vacancy coming up we never worry that the place won"t be move in really for the next
best qualified tenant. They always ask me first when it comes to tenant placement, maintenance, repairs, etc. how they would like to proceed.....the choice is always mine!

We have had other property managers over the past 5 years and Timely Property Management is by far the best we have experienced. They really care about our home, find the best renters there are and manage them well, communicate immediately if there is a problem, have fairly priced contractors for handling any issues, and provide excellent advice on all matters. We know our home is in the best possible hands with Timely.

Beware! They take your application fee and then string you along. They say they are checking your credit report. It does not take 10 days to check a credit report. They say you are first in line to get the place and then call you back 10 days later and say they decided to rent to someone else. No explanation and you know your credit is excellent! I think they like to collect the $25 credit check fee from as many people as possible. That's why it takes 10 days. Why are they the only prop. mgt that requires cash. Others will take a check. Try anyone else. They will give you an answer in 24 hours

I'm a Santa Rosa tenant and I have to give Timely Property Management my biggest thanks! I needed to move to the Santa Rosa area rather suddenly two years ago. I was referred by a friend and was moved in with in two weeks. They helped find me the perfect house in a great location right in my price range. The application process went quickly and smoothly and they explained the process leaving me with no questions or worries.
