If there were more stars I would give them! W Properties has managed our properties in Santa Rosa for a few years and just took on our apartment buildings in SF last year. Even during the pandemic they got things done! They are professional, communicate well and have great integrity. I am a Real Estate Broker and have rented, sold and managed properties for over 25 years. I greatly appreciate the personal effort of each person that has a role in the management of our properties. They actually treat them like they are their own.

I reached out to Danielle at W Property Management and left a message inquiring about a rental property in Healdsburg. She responded within the hour and was absolutely wonderful from our very first conversation. She was flexible and willing to accommodate my roommate's and my schedules for viewing times, paperwork, etc. She was very knowledgable about the property and happy to answer all of my questions. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with W Property Management. I worked with Danielle, she is absolutely amazing. She took the stress out of finding the perfect rental. We found a house we were interested in, she met me the same day to show it. By the end of the day she had approved us for our new home!
