This place is a joke! They never answer their phone, and their voice mailbox is full. I went by in person, and they never seem to be there during business hours. They were closed the end of May or June (can’t exactly remember), and then they were closed July 6th. As of today( July 23rd at 3:30pm during business hours) nobody answers their phone. Not a way to run a business.

Wow, Lacey took such good care of me! I brought in my wedding ring that hadn't fit my arthritic fingers in many years and she adapted it to make it fit. Also I brought in all my jewelry and Lacey let me know what had value and what didn't then adapted the pieces that had value for our daughters to pass along the week of our daughters wedding. She is amazing and the time much appreciated!

Castle Pines Jewelers was recommended to me by a coworker a few years back when I needed some work done on an antique ring. I have only had the best experience with Lacee. She always has a smile on her face and has been so helpful. I have since had a diamond repaired and continue to take my great-grandmother’s ring to them. I love this company! Lacey is not only a skilled and professional jeweler, she is also extremely kind, friendly, and personable. Lacey created a custom engagement ring to fit with the wedding band I have had for the past 4 years and the end result is better than I ever imagined. I'm always worried about bringing my toddler into nice stores but Lacey was prepared with a basket of rocks and minerals for my 3 year old to play with and all her jewelry is out of young children's reach or in cases, which made me feel so comfortable bringing my whole family along for the ring creating process! I feel
