One carat equals to 0.2 grams or 200 milligrams. Carat weight is the prime factor that determines the weight of a diamond. Larger diamonds are undoubtedly costlier. Carat makes expressing diamond weight easier as compared to milligrams. Instead of giving three labels to diamonds weighing 20 milligrams, 211 milligrams and 220 milligrams, carat offers a category for fitting the diamonds in a one category, placing these diamonds in one-carat range.

Littleton Jewelry is a class act and that might be an understatement!! I was referred by a customer of mine who is friends with the owner Jesse who has been nothing less than exceptional every interaction ive had with him. This store has that welcoming family feeling I personally wish more of our local businesses in Colorado would have. The customer service AND friendliness is RARE these days (sadly). I'd say the headline here is after 3 encounters with Jesse and Littleton Jewelry I was not there shopping, but more along the lines of benefiting myself. The way I was treated will definitely have

Work is good but very expensive. The response is not true which is of concern. They are not my favorite earrings and I never mentioned the holiday and did not request that the work be done by a certain day. . I had a post replaced. There was no back on this earring and I received nothing for free. I am bothered by the disinformation and will never use this place again because of the reply which is not true.

I recently received a family heirloom - pocket watch. Knowing nothing about it, I brought it in for a tune-up and polishing, hoping it was fixable. They took a look and were able to get it up and running. They also gave me a free jewelry polish cloth. Bottom line - great service and we'll be back in the future.

I was out running some errands and half the google listings for Jewelry repair stores were closed today (Monday). I had a wrist watch I inherited from a sibling and a pocket watch I needed batteries for. Friendly environment tucked in a nook right off Santa Fe. Affordable plus a sweet one year warranty. The associate was kind enough to let me know that my pocket watch indeed had pure small diamond gems. Definitely will return for all of my time keeping needs.
